Terrorist groups attack on government and innocent civilians seemed endless in this country. Terrorist threat to be a nuisance creation of national security and public safety. The recent terrorist groups Santoso in Palu, Central Sulawesi retaliated by killing innocent citizens. Motive for the killing was revenge. Post gunfire on 16, 17, 18, 19 August, the group threatened to retaliate lives with lives, blood for blood. As if they will not stop to terror civillians.
These terrorist acts have claimed the lives of three farmers in Poso, precisely in Moutong Parigi district, Central Sulawesi (Sulawesi). The victim was found in a terrible state. They were killed inhumanely. The victim’s body was found separate. The victim name’s which, I Wayan Astika, Simon Alias Heng and the thrid is unidentified corpses.
Santoso group has a network and funding from both domestic and abroad. Head of the Indonesian National Police, Badrodin Haiti, explained that Santoso is a terrorist group that got the flow of funds from the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) and also from within the country. Nowadays it is known that they are hiding on Mount Rare, North Coastal Poso, Central Sulawesi.
Indonesian police have to work hard in dealing the group Santoso. The amount of support is there for groups Santoso somewhat definitely affect to their existence and keep guerillas. The support of this group must be detected well how the funding support provided as well as cutting off the flow of these funds. Then the origin of the weapons used by the group Santoso should not go unnoticed. If the cut logistical support, it is unlikely that they can resist and survive forever in the jungle of Sulawesi.
Reveal and do surveillance to the communication that used by Santoso group is also one effective way. Surely they must communicate with ISIS group residing in Syria. Without such communication, impossible for them to get the funds somehow political lobby and delivery strategy. Will thus facilitate the search location and pattern of group work Santoso.
Santoso terrorist group problem solving is not easy and requires assistance as well as the active role of the citizens. In the fight against terrorism must be carried out together. Society took a share in it to participate alerted to the existence of this group. If something suspicious around the forest immediately reported to the authorities. Poso citizens who live and earn a living in the woods of Mount Rare certainly more aware of how rare mountain conditions. They can spearhead the police in uncovering the terrorist group Santoso. Don’t let terrorist threat continuesly in this peaceful country. Don’t let the foreign intervention and interests enter and cause a sense of insecurity in Indonesia.
