CIDISS.CO The big event of democracy in the form of Public Election 2018 has finally reached the anti-climax. Indonesian people have held a democratic party by choosing regional leaders in each region.
In response, Head of Branch of Youth Movement (PC GP) Ansor Jombang, Zulfikar Damam Ikhwanto asked Nahdliyin East Java (East Java) is not split after the election of East Java Governor 2018. Nahdliyin also encouraged again focus on da’wah and empowerment of people.
He hoped that Nahdliyin did not bring the atmosphere of regional elections in daily life. Especially in matters relating to the problems of the people and the Nahdlatul Ulama in particular.
He explained that he had seen quick count results in the East Java Election. We expect all restraint until there is an official announcement from the KPU. For the victors do not be proud and boastful. We are all brothers and in history prove that the people of East Java love peace.
The man who is often called Gus Antok is also asking for the losers are not discouraged and stop serving the community. Citizens of East Java, said Gus Antok will not run out of dedication to the country, there are many other containers other than the Governor and Vice Governor.
He said, while the loser is also not a failure forever so it needs to be mourned. Stay committed together to build a more advanced and better East Java. Hold hands, legawa and be patient.
He reminded the couples who advanced on the East Java Governor Election to provide direction to the cadres and sympathizers not to make slanderous and chaotic. These damages only make the general public more difficult.
He explained that Nahdliyin’s duty to spread a friendly, tolerant and affectionate Islam should be encouraged. This effort should not stop because of the sentence of Election. Islamic da’wah rahmatalil alamin call the soul of every Muslim.
Gus Antok asks to people do not drop each other, slander each other and speak or criticize hatefully. This could have an effect on the supporters and cause a chaos.
Different choices and results of Election do not make us split. Let us remain united in filling the development in each way after the elections, because we are all brothers and we are still Indonesia.
