CIREBON – The efforts of Joko Widodo’s government to make a breakthrough in the field of law, namely the Omnibus Law Cipta Karya deserve to be appreciated.
With so many regulations that are obstacles in boosting the economy that is the spirit of the President to simplify.
“Indonesia seems to know that in 2014-2019 there was a stagnation in the economic level of 7-8 percent but the realization was only 5 percent. Therefore, with the existence of Omnibus Law, Pa Jokowi hopes that Indonesia will be more advanced in terms of the economy,” Bambang said in a dialogue with the theme ‘Omnibus Law Cipta Karya for the Vision of the Nation in the City of Cirebon, Monday (03/23/2020).
This also made the country nervous and agreed that Indonesia in 2045 would be the top five countries to be taken into account in the economic sector.
He continued to achieve the vision of the Indonesian nation that there needs to be a fundamental overhaul of the numerous rules.
“One of the breakthroughs is to make the concept of the Omnibus Law being discussed in the DPR today. This effort needs to be appreciated because it is for the progress of the nation,” he said.
In line with the academics of FISIP Swadaya Gunung Jati (UGJ) Cirebon University, Khaerudin Imawan said what the government did with the Omnibus Law concept was in boosting the economy.
“We agree to appreciate this Omnibus Law, with the note that it must still pay attention to the rights in each article made for example concerning the environment, employment and others,” said Khaerudin.
