CIDISS. President Joko Widodo distributed the Certificate to the citizens of the City and Regency of Bogor, this event took place on the front page of Pakansari Stadium, Cibinong, Bogor, West Java (09/25/2018). The certificate distributed by President Jokowi today consists of 4000 certificates for the people of Bogor city and 3000 certificates for the people of Bogor Regency.
Jokowi arrived at the location at 8:30 a.m., using brown batik, the President gave a speech to the recipient of the certificate who was present at the Pakan Sari Stadium Page, in his speech the Head of State explained that he often listened to complaints from the community when he came to the area related to land certificates, because of frequent disputes as well as agrarian conflicts, so that the target of making land certificates is not achieved. “Because of the 126 million fields that must be certified there are only 46 million, that means there are still less than 80 million land parcels that must be certified by the government, every year I check we only leave 500 thousand, still less than 80 million, means waiting 100 years, “said Jokowi.
The government is targeting the issuance of 5 million certificates in 2017, Jokowi is grateful that the target will be achieved, and by 2018 the government is targeting 7 million certificates to be issued to the Indonesian people. Jokowi asked the State apparatus in the agrarian sector to work optimally so that the target can be realized, next year 2019 the President targets to issue 9 million certificates.
The certificate is legally valid if there is a land dispute, and the evidence issued by the government can be used as collateral by the people who want to borrow money from the Bank, Jokowi asserted that the community must maintain the land certificate that has been given free by the government, not to collated to the Bank but there is no ability to pay in installments “Can installments not go to the bank?
