Choirul Fuadi, Central Kalimantan, CIDISS- Central Kalimantan is capped the haze, finally got serious concern by Central Government. Idul Adha (Sacrifice day) was on last Thursday (24/9) gave another mercy to citizen “Tambun Bungai” Central Kalimantan.
President of Republic Indonesia, Joko Widodo visited or as called “Blusukan” on that day, last Thursday (24/9), traveled to Central Kalimantan. The journey is begun after Idul Adha pray in Martapura, South Kalimantan.
The President Team vehicles crossed in Highway of Kapuas and end in Sakakajang Village, Jabiren Raya district, Pulang Pisau regency, Central Kalimantan.
The haze and fire in forest welcome Mr Jokowi and team in near border of South and Central Kalimantan.
Moreover, President was surprised when he stepped on the turf, because the turf showing fire in calmed surface.
“I look at my left-turn side, everything is burning,” said Jokowi to Journalists like quote in Borneo News (24/9).
Pulang Pisau is one of the 14 regency in Central Kalimantan which is getting fire of land and forest, then Bumi Tambun Bungai on the emergency to “haze status.”
He commanded to handle the fire with built a canal. The canal has function to intercept the water in some places of hot spots. “I commanded to BNPB and Forestry Minister makes canal as soon,” said him.
Jokowi also obligate the land ownership make canal. (*)
