The spread of the Corona Virus or Covid-19 sparked concern for all parties. The local government is ready to prevent the spread of Corona Virus by issuing a number of strategies such as increasing health allocation to the formation of a Covid-19 taskforce.

The government has taken various steps to prevent the spread of the corona virus in the area even in rural areas. The Director General of Village Development and Community Empowerment, Taufik Madjid, said that village funds aside from being used for cash-intensive programs were also used to prevent the impact of the corona virus.

He said the Ministry of Villages had issued PDTT Permendesa Number 11 of 2019 on the priority of using village funds in 2020. It was explicitly emphasized that village funds could be used for preventive measures in the field of basic social services especially in the field of village public health.

For villages that have been affected will be anticipated by the protocol of each village government, based on the instruction of the task force handling Covid-19. In this case the regional head is in accordance with the escalation in the village.

In Jambi Province, the Provincial Government (Pemprov) of Jambi has prepared a budget for the actions that need to be taken regarding the handling and prevention of the outbreak.

In fact, the Jambi Provincial Government has also set up a relief account for people who want to contribute to the account of the Jambi Province co-19 task force.

Meanwhile in Lamongan, East Java Province, to anticipate the arrival of migrants or residents of Lamongan who come from overseas, the subdistrict task force team continues to conduct searches every day.

In addition, the district task force team also asked the village head in Lamongan to always be proactive in reporting the arrival of residents from outside the city.

The Chairperson of the Lamongan Coed-19 Coordination Handling Acceleration Team, Yuhronur Efendy, said that his party had circulated to the sub-districts and villages to anticipate the arrival of Lamongan residents from outside this area.

The Lamongan Regency Government also requested that the subdistrict and village office task force team inventory the names and origins of the migrants by the village office.

The Lamongan Covid-19 Task Force at the subdistrict level, in addition to conducting searches, also conducts health checks on newly arrived residents.

Until now there have not been found migrant workers in sick condition. Yuhronur also asked the residents of Lamongan who are currently still outside the area, not to go home or return to their area during the corona pandemic.

He said this through the Lamongan community outside the area. In addition, other efforts to prevent the spread of the corona virus are to encourage villages in Lamongan to make sterilization booths at the village entrance.

On different occasions, independently in Pulosari hamlet, Jumoyo village, Salam district, Magelang regency, formed a task force to prevent the spread of covid-19.

This was carried out on the initiative of citizenship added at the beginning of this week, there are people under supervision (ODP) who are local residents.

This formation was based on the presence of residents who took part in the cremation of the corona positive corpse in Gremeng, the hamlet of Remame Jumoyo. And the residents are currently in the ODP status.

According to the Public Relations Task Force Team Pulosari Jumoyo Hamlet, Edwar Alfian, technically the task force team has the task to socialize and provide education to the public regarding corona virus prevention, sterilization of the environment by disinfecting, monitoring residents or guests from out of town and others.

In addition, the Pulosari hamlet task force team also requires guests or residents from outside the city to report to the task force team in the format of name, address, gender, age, coming from the area, on the date, requirements and mobile phone number.

The data will later be sent to the hamlet head. Thus, community mobilization, especially from outside the village will be more monitored, so that the task force team can take certain steps if there are people suspected of being exposed to the corona virus so as not to spread to other communities.

The government, both central and regional, certainly cannot lose more time to debate theories to overcome the corona virus outbreak. This is because we are all in the same condition, where many provinces have been designated as red zones.

With the co-19 handling task force in the region, it certainly shows that the local government is committed to continue to fight in efforts to break the chain of the spread of the corona virus in Indonesia.
