The number of inpatients at Wisma Atlet continues to decline. This good news is certainly something to be grateful for, but it does not necessarily become a reason for people to ignore the Health Protocol.
The number of COVID-19 patients, especially on the island of Java, has decreased, including the number of patients receiving treatment at the Wisma Atlet Emergency Hospital (RSD), Kemayoran, Central Jakarta, which has again decreased. Meanwhile, Head of the Presidential Staff Office, Moeldoko, said that the decrease in BOR at Wisma Atlet was one of the positive impacts of Emergency PPKM until it changed its name to level 4. Moeldoko said what happened at the Wisma Atlet Hospital could be an example for other regions.
He mentioned that the BOR at Wisma Atlet had been at 90% on June 30. Moeldoko assessed that the decline in BOR had occurred very significantly until it was now at 25 percent.
President Joko Widodo is also grateful that conditions are starting to improve in the capital city. He also asked all parties to continue to work together to deal with the corona virus outbreak. President Joko Widodo also expressed his gratitude for the decrease in hospital occupancy rates or the Covid-19 referral BOR on the island of Java-Bali.
Based on data from the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government as of August 1, 2021, BOR has decreased to 56% in 140 referral hospitals in the capital city. As a result, only 6,367 patients were occupied from a total capacity of 11,436 beds. ICU BOR also sloping to 79%. In fact, it had touched 90%. However, he still asked the public to obey the health protocols.
Meanwhile, good news also came from Kudus Regency, Central Java Province, where the number of deaths due to Covid-19 had decreased very significantly over the past month. In fact, for the past few days, it has been observed to be low, even at zero, aka no people have died.
The Regent of Kudus, HM Hartopo, said that the number of Covid-19 cases in his area had decreased significantly. Even today the status of Kudus in Central Java at the level of 1. The slope of its number of cases in the Holy covid-19 is expected Hartopo not make public inattentive and indifferent to the health protocol.
The judicial operation is still being carried out. Because at this time the discipline of community progress began to decline. He reminded the public not to increase the number of Covid-19 cases in Kudus.
Moreover, the BOR in Kudus has also decreased compared to last June. The decrease in BOR both at the athlete’s house and in Kudus, of course, is expected to be an example for other regions to always struggle in suppressing COVID-19 cases.
