The government has sent a draft of the Employment Copyright Bill to the DPR. The regulation is a good intention of the Government to open investment taps in order to absorb a wider workforce so that people’s welfare can be realized.
It has been months since the discourse of the Law on the Broom universe was echoed. Many are pros, but many are also cons. It’s just that this time the counter looks so fiery. As if there was a terrible agenda. This word is quite horrifying, an indication of rejecting government with misleading narratives is feared to trigger divisions. Reflecting on experience, differences of opinion in an environment can lead to civil war. Whereas before maintaining each other also worked together. Then what is the essence of igniting fire when opinions no longer agree?
If you have this, surely this has touched on the sensitive side. Although many are intensified that differences are not obstacles to progress, the fact is too difficult to undergo. This is made worse by the “I am most right” condition so that others will continue to be considered wrong. Even with the government that must be intestinal length when dealing with its citizens. Do you have to show a video fighting to the point of bleeding and then showing that the country is also working hard? Or there must be documentation that covers when going on a humanitarian visit for example.
But later people will comment negatively, it is the Pansos who is the imaging. Then what do you want the government to do? It is not blatantly discriminating against people and being pro-government. However, the government also needs not just criticism or suggestions. The country needs more and greater support. The state needs it to strengthen steps to develop the country. The psychological side of humans if support is given will certainly bring new enthusiasm.
This ciptaker law omnibus discussion is indeed the longest and longest. After being discussed by a number of stakeholders, then it slides to the DPR RI table. There the government is waiting. This breakthrough in the form of Omnibus law is the final way to overcome the complicated state of the Indonesian bureaucracy. Why so excited? Bureaucracy and regulation are two things that are sustainable and unable to walk alone. However, over time the rule updates without any other rules personalization make it increasingly overlapped.
Therefore the government began to sort out the rules that were not capable of handling a number of problems. There are laws that have not regulated anything else, some are already outdated which ultimately are not able to ensnare all charges presented. This Omnibus law scheme is here to provide a solution to the complexity of the applicable regulatory system.
Omnibus Law ciptaker carries two mega issues that are enough to make the government and the community dizzy. Namely, unemployment and employment. Both of these are roughly related to stomach problems. Yes, you know yourself, if it’s a matter for the stomach it’s definitely more sensitive. Many people are easily offended because of this problem. According to the data, almost 7 million Indonesians are unemployed. There is little employment due to poor licensing.
Strangely, after the government rolled out the omnibus law discourse that would be able to overcome this, it was even criticized completely, considered to be morally flawed as well as a series of accusations that made the public nervous. A weak public will drift away. go along with the demo, strongly reject the rules that will be enforced. The reason is classic “Do not want people to suffer”. Hello … You already know the official draft, what are the points discussed, what are the essence and main implications of the plan for the broom sweep.
Don’t be an impromptu smart person, don’t be an amateur expert because you are pro with an adverse agenda. Because hoax news that is misleading is now rife, if it’s not good at filtering it will certainly be an agent for spreading negative news. Although considered trivial, this is very detrimental. Come on, clean up, in the 4.0 era, which increasingly provides easy access to news. be right in giving also taking all matters relating to the country such as the availability of information.
The country does not need to be hailed, or flooded with praise. Just be smart in behaving and making decisions. Understanding and understanding the breakthrough concept nicknamed the Omnibus law Ciptaker is what the government hopes for. Focus on the problem, don’t look for gaps to make it problematic. Moreover, the implications for developing the country. Let’s unite to support this good thing, by believing the Omnibus Law Ciptaker as a strategy for Indonesia to rise again!
