According to him, these conditions are part of the process so that differences of opinion or sharp views in the community during the 2019 Presidential Election can be relaxed.
Muzani assesses that the issue between Jokowi and Prabowo must now be carried out in order to eliminate revenge, the dictionaries of the winners and the losers, to the presumption of the authorities and their parties to be controlled.
Previously, former BPN spokesman Dahnil Anzar Simanjuntak also proposed that reconciliation be carried out by repatriating Rizieq Shihab to Indonesia.
But the terms of return are considered irrelevant. Chairman of the Suluh Kebangsaan Movement Mahfud MD said, reconciliation should not be confused with one’s legal problems.
“For me the law must be separated, do not mix it with politics. Reconciliation is a political concept to share tasks proportionally. Law enforcement is law enforcement, “said Mahfud.
He said, it is okay for Habib Rizieq to return to his homeland, of course Rizieq must not run away from legal matters that ensnare him.
This is related to the WhatsApp chat case in the context of pornography handled by the Metro Jaya Regional Police.

The case was handled by the West Java Regional Police and made Rizieq a suspect. However, the two cases were stopped by the police.
However, reconciliation and repatriation are two separate things, because it relates to the departure of Habib Rizieq to Saudi Arabia, has nothing to do with the implementation of the 2019 Presidential Election. Rizieq Shihab is actually still able to mobilize the masses even though they are not in Indonesia.
If indeed there will be reconciliation, it should be a sincere meeting between two national leaders without having to be burdened with certain requests. Because in the future there may no longer be 01 or 02 camps after the 2019 election.
If Habib Rizieq feels gentle, of course he will go home without having to wait for a pickup and want to account for what is suspected of him in the legal process that applies.
On the other hand, the Indonesian embassy for Saudi Arabia stated that Habib Rizieq had overstayed so that it was constrained to be able to return to Indonesia.
According to Spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Teuku Faizasyah, only Rizieq Shihab himself knew.
“What exactly is it possible for Pak Habib Rizieq to provide information. What we can underline he will go to Saudi Arabia at his own volition, whenever he can go home, we cannot be sure, “Teuku said.

The next problem, Habib Rizieq was not alone, but together with his family and children, so that in total he had to pay a fine of Rp. 880 million, not including the plane ticket to return to Indonesia.
If Habib Rizieq does not have enough money to solve it, then who is responsible for repatriating it, even though his departure to Saudi Arabia is an initiative of his own and has nothing to do with the 2019 Election.
