Ahead of the April 2019 democratic party, it turned out that not only was President Jokowi alone attacked by hoaxes and slander. Jokowi Kaesang Pangarep’s son was also not spared by the mischievous warganet who uploaded a photo of Kaesang where he was wearing a t-shirt with a hammer and sickle emblem.
Responding to this, Kaesang casually responded to the act of warganet. The photo was uploaded on a Facebook account on behalf of Harjanto, in the photo Kaesang was seen sitting close to Gibran Rakabuming, Kaesang sat wearing a black shirt. While Gibhran Rakabuming wears a white shirt.
Within one day, the uploaded photo had gotten 211 likes and 200 shares were broken. In its status, the Prayit Harjanto account says “Sorry, I’m just asking,” Who’s the boy? How dare you use the PKI symbol shirt, “wrote the caption in the account.
Then uploading the Prayit Harjanto Facebook account is posted by the twitter account @ itsdea2. With a tone of joking, the account marks your account on Twitter. “There are only residents of the FB when the prospective husband is in the PKT (emote icon),” he wrote in his voice.
Soon Kaesang then gave a relaxed answer. “HAHAHAHA ADA – ANYTHING, MAS PRAYIT HARJANTO,” replied the Twitter account @kaesangp. Apparently the photo has been spread on social media. The @amdptri Twitter account also posted a photo of Kaesang wearing a PKI-embroidered shirt by marking Kaesang’s account.
According to him, the photo has been circulating in the WhatsApp group. This account then intends to ascertain the correctness of the photo of Kaesang wearing a PKI logo shirt @ kaesangp “Mz monmaap, I want to ask, in group WA this family is like this. Instead of confusing accusations that you want to directly master it right now, how come this guy is actually wearing clothes like this, what is this random editing? Makasii “he wrote in his poem.
Unlike the previous answer, this time Kaesang included the facts about his photo with Gibran Rakabuming. Kaesang also requested that netizens use their reasoning to see the photo. “Just look for yourself.
“But we are just the same as using common sense, when I use T-shirts there are symbols like that?” Wrote Kaesang in the news link included Kaesang, Jokowi’s son did indeed sit with Gibran Rakabuming. It’s just that the clothes worn by Kaesang are policies, aka there are no PKI logos.
In the scattered photo there is also a narration that reads, “Whose child is this? Free to use a T-Shirt and hammer and sickle logo, think “it won’t be jailed.”
After searching through search engines, photos of Kaesang and Gibran spread on social media are photos that have been changed or edited. The original photo is in an article entitled “When the Children of Jokowi Ikut Heboh Nurhadi – Aldo” which aired on Thursday 10 January 2019. In the original photo, the T-shirt worn by Kaesang did not have a hammer and sickle logo that was usually associated with communists or PKI in Indonesia.
Long before, Kaesang was also accused of being a PKI child and a young man who waved a flag bearing the hammer and sickle logo, which was also distributed on social media.
But Kaesang responded casually, he actually asked the justice of the accusation of the PKI children, remembering that it was only addressed to him, but not to his two brothers, namely Gibran Rakabuming Raka and Kaesang Ayu. Then the accusation to Kaesang who was called holding a flag bearing the hammer and sickle logo, Kesang clarified it by saying he wanted to sell fried bananas.
This hoax / hoax certainly proves that in Indonesia, hoax news threats are still very alarming, because almost all social media platforms have been infiltrated by massive hoaxes.
The hoax permeated for a long time and was unnoticed by those who believed it.
Almost certainly, the hoaxes like the hammer and sickle worn by Kaesang always spread rapidly through social media, because information on social media is fast, cheap and easy without going through editorial meetings. On the other hand, social media users are far more than conventional newspaper readers.
The government has also tried to ward off hoaxes, such as providing education and outreach through the Indonesian Ministry of Communication and Information.
One concrete step so as not to get caught up in hoaxes is, by raising skepticism when there is an uplifting news, do not believe in only one source and do not spread if the article says ‘Spread’
Through the ITE Law, the government hopes to reduce the spread of hoax news, especially with the advancement of information technology that can make people vulnerable to exposure, even participate in spreading information that is still daif.
Hoax must be opposed by all those who care and love this nation, because the hoaxes of the life of a cleric can become victims, even some conflicts in various parts of the world are also caused by hoaxes.
Social media users certainly have to synchronize the thumbs with their mind, the term filter before sharing must be applied in looking at the device screen. Hoax, which discusses the T-shirt worn by Kaesang, is only a hoax that has been clarified, of course there is still a lot of news in cyberspace that needs to be re-examined and does not come from a single source.
