Choirul Fuadi, Central Kalimantan, CIDISS – Library of Kotawaringin Barat in Pangkalan Bun, Central Kalimantan suddenly became noisier, Wednesday (5/8/2015). It was because there was Andy F Noya who presenters of famous talk show in Indonesia “Kick Andy” visiting in Library of Kotawaringin Barat.
Visitor who usually enjoy to their text or book in shelves, suddenly got shaking hand and took selfie picture with man in bald head. Andy came to library with the writer of Book Negeri Lima Menara, Ahmad Fuadi.
Like quote in Borneo News.co.id, Wednesday (5/8/2015), Andy visited in library of Kotawaringin barat, he has another agenda. One day before, on Tuesday (4/8/2015), Andy as Indonesian reading ambassador attended on visitation of Government Sukamara regency in Program of Sukamara like reading.
As Indonesian reading ambassador, he never missed to visit library in his left time.
“We make time for visit library in regency. Today, I’m very impressed to the activity in Library of Kotawaringin Barat in Pangkalan Bun. This is truly example or model what we want to, what we intent do in every district except in Pangkalan Bun,” Praise Andy.
He is very impressed to the collection of Kotawaringin Barat and activities there, that push people like reading, starting from child to old people.
“Library might have much good book. But, if there is no creative activity, it will become cold building, there is no spirit. Then, after have a good book collection, we need to make activity. Finally, library become centre of interest activity,” explain Andy.
Andy also praise library of Kotawaringin Barat, which not only as place for adult look for information and document but also as enjoy place for children.
“I’m very happy as Indonesian reading ambassador standing in here, creative place. I hope this inspire of Pangkalan Bun will spread and become positive virus to another places,” said Him. (*)
