The polemic of the National Insight Test (TWK) must end immediately. The public is already fed up with the provocations of former KPK employees who continue to prolong problems and hinder the performance of the KPK.
The National Insight Test (TWK) is a stage that must be passed by KPK employees so that they can later be appointed as ASN. As the regulations contained in Government Regulation Number 41 of 2020 concerning the Transfer of Employees of the Corruption Eradication Commission to become employees of the state civil apparatus (PP 41/2020) and the Regulation of the Corruption Eradication Commission of the Republic of Indonesia Number 1 of 2021 concerning Procedures for the Transfer of Employees of the Corruption Eradication Commission to become employees of the Corruption Eradication Commission. civil servant.
KPK employees who do not pass the national insight test must of course be humbled and accept the fact that in the future they are no longer part of the KPK. Syihab as coordinator of the Mass Action Front to Support the KPK (KPK FRAKSI), considers that there are many practices of corruption, collusion and nepotism. (KKN) in Indonesia, one of which is the KPK.
In his statement, Syihab said that the KPK as a law enforcement institution must be clean and free from parasites and parasites that interfere with law enforcement for KKN actions. According to him, with the transfer of the status of KPK employees to state civil apparatus (ASN), the potential for KKN practices can be eliminated.
He also admitted that he was disappointed with the maneuvers carried out by Novel Baswedan and 74 other KPK employees who did not pass the assessment of changing the status of KPK employees to ASN. One of them is the national insight test (TWK).
For him, the leadership of the KPK and 1,269 employees who have passed the TWK selection and have been inducted into ASN should remain focused on carrying out state duties in order to eradicate corruption in Indonesia. For him, the loud voices of Novel Baswedan and his friends will only hinder the current performance of the KPK.
He also asked Firli Bahuri not to be influenced by any maneuvers carried out by Novel Baswedan and his friends. Syihab also emphasized that the KPK’s PR is still a lot. Because allegations of corrupt practices that exist in several state institutions and government at all levels still have the potential to occur.
On a different occasion, Deputy Chairperson of the KPK Alexander Marwata said that 51 KPK employees were declared unable to join the anti-corruption commission or dismissed. He said that based on the results of the mapping carried out by the examiners, they could no longer be fostered. The 51 employees were part of the 75 KPK employees who were declared not to have passed the National Insight Test. A total of 51 employees will be fired.
As for the remaining 24 employees. Alex said they were considered scalable. Therefore, if they are willing, they can take part in national insight training and defend the country. If they pass the training, they can be appointed as state civil servants.
Alex said the decision to lay off the 51 employees was taken in a coordination meeting with a number of institutions held at the BKN office. Some of these institutions are KPK, BKN, Ministry of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform, Ministry of Law and Human Rights. Present at the meeting of five KPK leaders, Head of BKN Bima Haria Wibisana, Menkumham Yasonna Laoly and MenPAN-RB Tjahjo Kumolo.
Meanwhile, Chairman of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) Firli Bahuri said that the status of the state civil apparatus (ASN) will not reduce the spirit of the performance of KPK employees in efforts to eradicate corruption. He firmly said that the spirit of the KPK will continue to eradicate corruption until it dies.
He also said that the 1,271 KPK employees who were appointed as ASN consisted of 2 middle high office holders, 10 pratama high office holders, 13 administrator positions and 1,246 functional and executive office holders.
Although the KPK is an executive agency, Firli said that the KPK remains independent in carrying out its duties.
So that the transfer of duties of KPK employees to ASN is not related to institutional weakening. This is because the KPK Law has confirmed the position of its institutional independence in carrying out the main duties of the function (tupoksi) of applicable law enforcement.
Now is the time for the KPK to boost its performance, the people are waiting for the KPK’s role in pouncing on tie rats, the people are waiting for the disclosure of corruption cases that can involve anyone, from ministers to regional heads.
