Because they have targeted civilians from indigenous Papuans (OAP) in their indiscriminate actions, of course KST Papua must be eradicated with strict actions and laws from all levels of the security apparatus.
The Papuan Separatist and Terrorist Group (KST) has reportedly attacked members of the indigenous Papuan community (OAP) in Nduga Regency, Papua Mountains Province. They carried out shootings which resulted in up to 3 (three) civilians being killed.
It is known that the incident occurred in Yasoma Village, Border Batu Kenyam Road, Nduga Regency, Papua Mountains on Wednesday, August 16 2023. In fact, further information is also known that two of the three civilian victims who died as a result of being shot by the separatist group were apparatus State Civilian (ASN).
Not only were they shot, it turned out that the heinous, cruel and barbaric actions carried out by KST Papua were also accompanied by prior mistreatment of the victims so that the victims suffered various injuries on their bodies, which incident occurred and began when the truck that was boarded by the the victim was burned by the mob on Wednesday night.
Suddenly, after learning of the shooting incident, the ranks of the security apparatus from joint personnel consisting of the Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI) and the Indonesian National Police (Polri) managed to move swiftly and responsively to evacuate the victims and take them to the Public Health Center (Puskesmas Kesehatan Kesehatan). Health Center) Kenyam.
Most recently, KST attacked the Satgas Mobile Yon 7 Marines in Dekai District, Yahukimo, Highlands Papua on Monday (21/8). As a result, a member of the Marine Corps Mobile Yon 7 Marines TNI-AL named Pratu Agung Pramudi Laksono was shot dead by KST. Regarding this matter, the Dandim 1715 Yahukimo Lt. Col. Inf Tommy Yudistyo suspected that the cause of the gunfire was because KST was not happy with the construction of a TNI-Polri Task Force post in the area.
It is undeniable that until now, Bumi Cenderawasih itself, especially in Papua Province, continues to experience various kinds of security disturbances by KST there. Even in carrying out a series of heinous and barbaric acts, they absolutely did not discriminate against anyone who could be attacked and it did not matter whether they were from civil society or not.
Even more cruel, even the separatist gang from the easternmost province of the country also used civilians as shields for their lives in carrying out all these series of cruel acts. Therefore, in order to be able to anticipate these various things, then the Chief of Staff of the Indonesian Army National Army (KSAD), General Dudung Abdurrachman, immediately gave strict instructions to all of his soldiers, especially those who are indeed on duty in vulnerable areas in Papua to be able to continue to be alert to possible security breaches.
Very firmly, General Dudung asked all ranks of his soldiers on duty to be able to always love the indigenous Papuan people (OAP). According to him, it has become part of the duties and obligations of the security forces to be able to always protect all levels of society from disturbances.
Of course, if any party or any group tries to interfere, then all members of the security forces will immediately take firm action.
How the decisive action taken by the security forces also received direct support from Deputy Chairman of Commission III of the Indonesian House of Representatives (DPR RI) Ahmad Sahroni. He condemned very strongly the shootings carried out by KST Papua against 3 (three) civilians in Nduga Regency, especially since the incident took place at the moment of the 78th anniversary of the Republic of Indonesia’s Independence Day (HUT RI).
Ahmad Sahroni also emphasized and asked all security forces from joint personnel consisting of the TNI and Polri to take firm but measurable action in responding to the barbaric actions carried out by the Papuan separatist group. Precisely with the existence of that, then do not let it go away because of course it will greatly damage the pride of the nation.
According to him, the act of violence carried out by KST Papua and coincided with the momentum of celebrating the 78th Indonesian Independence Day was a very real form of provocation and it also impressed them that they wanted to disturb the dignity and sovereignty of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI), so that totally unacceptable.
Therefore, of course, all levels of the security apparatus from joint TNI and Polri personnel must act as quickly as possible in taking firm action to punish KST Papua so that the nation’s pride will not be trampled upon by the mob of treason groups.
Very firm and measurable and fast action is a mandatory and important thing to be carried out by all elements of the ranks of the security apparatus from joint personnel. The reason is that it is getting here, the movements carried out by KST Papua with various kinds of barbaric actions that they have carried out have begun to target civilians and of course this will greatly disrupt the stability of security in Cenderawasih Earth.
