wearing a red Hammer-and-Sickle Shirt uploaded on her Instagram account, has instantly created a number of people and netizens talks in the Social Media.
The Coordinator of Islam Defenders Front (FPI) in Solo Raya regional, Khoirul RS, stated that while ISIS ideology has strongly prohibited due to its considerably threat to NKRI then so it the case with communism whose proscription to spread in all regions of Indonesia has not been revoked since the “Orba” regime.

The Police which is Central Java Police Regional Command in this case should also arrest and investigate Anindya Kusuma, Miss Indonesia 2015 from Semarang, for her photo wearing a red shirt with the logo of PKI, a communist party that believed to get involved in some massive murders including the tragedy of 30 September in 1965, on it posted on the Internet.

“If a man wore a shirt with the words lailaha illallah on it was accused as ISIS sympathizer and being arrested, then it is exactly the same case as communism campaigner which was conducted by Anindya Kusuma over T-shirt Hammer-and-Sickle logo. Both ideology are prohibited regarding the applicable law in Indonesia” said Khoirul RS.

The FPI Solo Raya accompanied by some members of The Pancasila Youth (PP) visited the HQ of central Java Police Regional Command on February 27th, to officially report Anindya Kusuma Puteri in accusation of disseminating communism through a big banned-PKI logo on her T-Shirt published on The Social Media.

In agreement with FPI report, the chief of Taruna Muslim, Alfian Tanjung, had sent protests to the Ministry of Religious Affairs regarding some unfair treatment of law in the country. “Referring to the law, what The Miss Indonesia has done must be processed to the law the same way as the “ISIS shirt man” be treated. She must be arrested!” Alfian asserted.

In August last year, a coconout ice seller-32 year old man, Ade Puji Kusmanto, was captured by the Criminal Investigation Unit of Tegal Police Local Station (Polsek Tegal) in Central Java for his action of wearing a longsleeve shirt letters “lailaha illalah” which is believed to be an emblem of the today-famous militant group, ISIS. The man then was accused as the supporter and member of ISIS which Indonesian government has banned not only to get involved with the group but also to campaign its ideology in any circumstances.
