The framework of Iran Nuclear Deal between Iran and six world powers, has not final yet. 30 June 2015 has been scheduled as the last day of the final date to finish the agreement, but there is still a chance that Iran will not sign the agreement in some conditions.

At the ceremony of National Nuclear day in Tehran, Iranian President Hassan Rouhani says, “We will not sign any agreement unless all economic sanctions are lifted at once, on the very first day of the implementation of the agreement.” The statement is at the opposite with the framework deal before that UN sanctions and separate measures imposed unilaterally by the US and EU will be lifted as the global nuclear watchdog, the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), confirms Iranian compliance.

At the other hand, White House spokesman Josh Earnest says “It has never been our position that all of the sanctions against Iran should be removed from day one.”

Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei also said in his website that “it is possible that the untrustworthy side [the six world powers who negotiated the agreement] wants to restrict our country in the details.” He also said that he has no optimism in negotiating with USA, “I have never been optimistic about negotiating with America. While I was not optimistic, I agreed with this particular negotiation and supported the negotiators.”

Both US and Iran have released their own intepretetion about how the agreement should be. US and Iran have a bad relationship histories for almost 40 years. Although this agreement will be very hard and complicated, but once they have a deal, it will raise a hope that US and Iran relation can get better in the future.
