Stress and Conflict Management

 Jakarta – CIDISS. Headlines “stress management and conflict” seem likely to be a tagline that is often sought after workers and school students or teenagers. It is not possible in the presence of stress and conflict management can ease the emotional and soothing feeling. This is one effective way to prevent the things that have an impact worse.

In one news in national newspapers there are several times the news about the family that died (suicide), many parents because of economic pressure and other pressures select the shortcut ending life. Not only ending your own life, but sometimes they have the heart to bring along a child or spouse to die. In fact it is possible under certain conditions a lot of people in this position is easy to be provoked so that it can be used or controlled by certain parties.

Stress management can be a “medicine” efficacious. Should Stress can be categorized into several categories namely; mild stress, moderate to severe stress. Light to moderate stress as much as possible, we can still manage alone when we can realize that we are at the stress levels. But the heavier stress levels may not be detected itself so it needs the help of people nearby and the environment even if it is necessary we can consult it to experts / psychiatrists in order to obtain good treatment and appropriate.

Try not to linger long in a conflict. Small conflicts would be even greater if kept buried and nurtured. Strive always to the extent possible communicate the problems being faced. And can together find a solution. And do not hesitate to find a hand to senior or respected person in order to mediate in the face of conflict. In addition, there should be the role of both the immediate environment of the family and the surrounding community to care and not apathetic to the problems in the surrounding area, which is expected to prevent things that are not desirable.
