CIDISS – National examination is more closely. Student of class 6, 9 and 12 prepare their self to face the national examination, starting self learning, taking a course, course by teacher in school until try out.
There is one interesting things was conducted by SDN (Elementary School) 1 Argamulya. The school conducted online tryout. Meanwhile, previous year, the school only conducted tryout offline or papers based test.
As for Information, SDN 1 Argamulya is located in Argamulya village, Pangkalan Banteng district, Kotawaringin Barat regency, Central Kalimantan Province. It takes 1.5 hours or 75 km to reach this school from capital of Kotawaringin Barat regency. The phone’s signal is still limited to some providers, and internet is still edge.
But, limited is not obstacle for them. The party allocated their fund to install internet connection or Wi-Fi in the school. The fund is funded from cooperation between school and student’s parent. Even the loading speed is slow, but they take many benefits from this facility, such conducting tryout online.
In the third weeks of March, SDN 1 Argamulya conducted tryout online for their student. The student of 6 grades is only 12 students.
Siti Ariyah, teacher’s class of six grade in SDN 1 Argamulya said that the party make a new way by conducted tryout online and it become pioneer in Pangkalan Banteng area. “We got appreciated from the school superintendent, head of education Pangkalan Banteng and thumb (ok) from other schools,” she said.
In the tryout online, teacher who called as Bu Siti added, student use Laptop. Laptop is provided by teacher, school and student itself. “Some is from student’s laptop, they bring by their self. The teachers also lend their laptop for student whose doesn’t have and the school also provides laptop,” she said.
Asking about the obstacle and process in tryout online, she said student access on website for tryout online, one of them is www.tryoutonline.com. The website provides many exam questions and every student had different questions, then they will not able to cheat. “The obstacle, waiting the slow loading for exam question,” she said.
