CIDISS, Central Kalimantan – Barito Utara regency is one of the regencies in Central Kalimantan Province. The transportation access of the road to district and village is still very bad to cross. It is because the road condition have not tar (land and mud) and hilly.

Based on that case, the government of Barito Utara, Central Kalimantan province 2016 allocates to buy four wheels drive car as health service vehicle. Government will buy 13 vehicles as local government clinic mobile and five units as ambulance and service in nine districts.

Board of health Barito Utara regency, Robansyah, said that government keep effort to implement the aspiration from people, including four wheels drive as health service vehicle.

Local government clinic mobile and ambulance will distribute to district with bad access road, because the condition is hilly or hard to extend by normal car and only extend by four wheels drive.
