CIDISS – TNI (Tentara Nasional Indonesia/ Indonesian National Armed Forces) has program, called Manunggal Membangun Desa (TMMD) or built the village the 96. Physical program is conducted by TNI members; i.e built wood footbridge bridge by the length of 150 m in Mangku Mambang Street, Tangkiling sub-district, Bukit Batu district, Palangka Raya, Central Kalimantan province.

The activity such built the footbridge is real program by government through TNI that care to entire community especially in the border area. According to him, by the built of footbridge make more close cooperation between TNI and community. That is ‘manunggal’ implementation TNI and community.
The purpose of Built the footbridge is making ease people in their daily life. Before it, people has feel worry when cross the bridge, because the wood or footbridge is moldy, old and broke. Now, people will have no feel worry when crossing the bridge anymore.
He hopes all people will be take care the footbridge. “Take the benefit from the footbridge, hope people are helped in their daily life and accelerate the economic growing,” said Heri.
