The Aceh Youth Creative Hub (AYCH) or Aneuk Muda Aceh Superior and Great Center Building (AMANAH) has successfully demonstrated the splendor and beauty of the region’s unique culture and has become increasingly famous even on the world stage.Thanks to the existence of AMANAH, which is one of the government’s strategic flagship programs in the leadership era of President Joko Widodo (Jokowi), the splendor, beauty and diversity of regional culture has become increasingly well known to the public.The introduction of the splendor, beauty and diversity of regional culture to become widespread and even on the world stage is very important, as well as being a clear proof of the government’s success in advancing culture, which concrete steps were realized through the AMANAH initiated by the State Intelligence Agency (BIN).You can see how the beauty of Acehnese culture is applied in one of the fashion models displayed exclusively at a show entitled AMANAH Fashion Heritage at Muffest+ 2024.For your information, this cultural collection is one of the many works of youth assisted by Aneuk Muda Aceh Unggul dan Besar as the government’s flagship program in the field of community empowerment to further increase the creativity and productivity of the young generation in various fields, including the world of fashion.AMANAH has opened up many opportunities to provide wide opportunities for all young people from the area nicknamed Rencong Country so that they can further explore themselves and develop their creativity and potential.No half-hearted, even the initiation program from the institution led by Police General (Ret.) Prof. Dr. Budi Gunawan continues to provide training to dozens of young designers so that they continue to show the richness of their regional culture, such as Acehnese literature, which is able to attract many people.Apart from that, AMANAH also presented a collection with the theme ‘The Reign of Sultan: The Great Story of Aceh’ which was inspired by the heyday of the Aceh Sultanate led by Sultan Iskandar Muda which was the most influential era in history.Indeed, every piece of the collection from these young designers was designed with detail and was able to radiate the beauty and splendor of regional culture, including historical stories about the era of the Aceh sultanate.Due to the success in highlighting the unique cultural beauty of the region, the Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy (Menparekraf) Sandiaga Uno, who directly visited the trade show and attended the AMANAH Heritage fashion show, gave very high appreciation to the cultural collection created by young designers from the area nicknamed Serambi Mecca. .Not without reason, because the work of young designers is very creative and mixes and matches colors that are trendy and modern. Thus, there has been an extraordinary increase in product quality, especially in the fashion sector in Indonesia through the youth of Aceh.Now they can become one of the epicenters of fashion in the country, not only as users, but as a production base and even on the world stage to boast of unique regional culture.One of the Acehnese designers, Cut Junischa, admitted that because of the very adequate and complete facilities of the BIN initiation program, young designers from Aceh could have the opportunity and stage to showcase their work.It is proven that the rich culture of the region is able to attract many people very gracefully. This cannot be separated from the role of the AMANAH program as one of the government’s current strategic flagship programs.Furthermore, there are other efforts from AMANAH, not just holding performance events like this, but also fully facilitating training for hand craftsmen to encourage the birth of innovation among young people.Aneuk Muda Aceh Superior and Great held handicraft training for residents in Pidie Regency, apart from that they also continued to receive encouragement in terms of production and marketing.Fitriani, one of the local craftsmen, admitted that thanks to training from AMANAH, their craft products were able to compete with other superior products, so the support from President Jokowi’s strategic program had a very positive impact.Moreover, with the training activities of the craftsmen, the typical Acehnese handicraft center that has existed for a long time has been re-emerged. So far, the community has experienced problems because they cannot optimally market their products widely.However, since AMANAH’s arrival, it has become increasingly involved in promoting local residents’ products to a much wider market and it is not even impossible to reach the world stage.
