Meanwhile, Director of Synchronization of Space Utilization at the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning (ATR) or the National Land Agency (BPN), Rahma Julianti, said that the Job Creation Law makes it easier for business actors, including MSMEs, to obtain business permits.
After there is a set of regulations, the Government is now enforcing the Conformity of Space Utilization Activities (KKPR), which is also the first gate before permits are issued.
KKPR is usually a reference for space utilization and also controlling land rights. This permit, which was previously called a Location Permit, is one of the basic requirements that must be fulfilled by all business actors in order to obtain a business permit.
Since the introduction of the Job Creation Law, KKPR approval can now be issued in just 20 working days, whereas before this set of policies existed, the issuance of a similar permit could take months.

The President of the Republic of Indonesia, Joko Widodo (Jokowi) said that the Ciptaker Law itself was able to increase the nation’s competitiveness.
