The government is proactive in continuing to strengthen the entrepreneurial ecosystem to support increased national economic growth. Because in fact the country’s economy has so far had very strong fundamentals which are also based on real sector activities in society.
Therefore, because real sector activities are very important for strengthening the fundamentals of the national economy, the Government is proactively continuing to strengthen the entrepreneurial ecosystem so that national economic growth can also be maintained.
If increased national economic growth continues to occur, especially if this is thanks to a strong and robust entrepreneurial ecosystem in society, then it is clear that the Indonesian people themselves will be the ones able to feel the positive impact.
Through the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs (KemenkopUKM), the government continues to proactively strive to strengthen the national entrepreneurial ecosystem. For this reason, in order to create an innovative entrepreneurial sector, a program for developing business incubators and incubation institutions, business consulting and business assistance ( Entrede v ) is running.
It doesn’t just stop there, other steps from the Indonesian Government through the Ministry of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises to strengthen the entrepreneurial ecosystem are the development of a business ecosystem ( eHub ), an entrepreneurial financing program ( Entrepreneur Financial Fiest ) and entrepreneurial data collection and various other programs.
For information, the Government’s steps, namely business consultation and business assistance ( Entrede v ), are currently at the Growth Sprint stage , becoming a strategic medium to further improve business governance for entrepreneurs.
Through this program, it will accelerate the increase in business capacity so that in the end, if business capacity increases, it will also contribute to improving the national economy.
Deputy for Entrepreneurship at the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs, Siti Azizah, explained that Entredev , which the government runs, has a sharing goal concept so that it can increasingly challenge business actors to realize their short-term targets.
Entrepreneurs themselves are certainly not alone in realizing their short-term targets, because they receive guidance and guidance from mentors, consultants or assistants to be able to share knowledge.
All consultants and assistants that the government has prepared are those who are very competent in their fields, including guiding business actors to explore the use of digital technology, and analyze problems and find solutions to increase productivity, turnover, business growth and business networks.
By optimizing the use of digital technology by entrepreneurs, of course it can support the expansion of their business marketing because the government wants to continue to encourage business actors to be more technologically literate and adapt to current developments.
The various activities being intensified by the Government can help improve business governance and also develop sustainable businesses so that they can have a positive impact on national economic growth.
Meanwhile, Assistant Deputy for Business Ecosystem Development at the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs, Irwansyah Putra, said that so far the government has continued to make efforts to proactively encourage the development of the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
The government is also trying to create an environment that really supports and stimulates the entrepreneurial spirit of the nation’s young generation. Thus, the KemenkopUKM actually has the aim of building a business ecosystem that is inclusive, dynamic and has high competitiveness.
The nation’s young generation has an important role in encouraging the strengthening of the entrepreneurial ecosystem amidst the complexity of global dynamics that has occurred recently.
Apart from that, if there is a growing mindset or business mindset in the nation’s next generation of young people, then this will also be very important for Indonesia to face the demographic bonus in 2030.
The existence of development activities for young people is also able to make a significant contribution in developing the ecosystem to support the growth of established entrepreneurs, foster a dynamic and sustainable entrepreneurial ecosystem and strengthen the role of the younger generation and young entrepreneurs in building Indonesia’s economic future.
Likewise, the Ministry of Industry (Kemenperin) is also active in cultivating new industrial entrepreneurs to further strengthen the support for the national economy. The reason is, industrial entrepreneurship itself has a vital role in supporting economic growth while creating added value.
Minister of Industry (Menperin) Agus Gumiwang Kartasasmita said that through the role of business actors, including the Small and Medium Industry (IKM) sector, there will be an increase in the added value of domestic raw materials and the creation of job opportunities.
Of course, it is not without reason why increasing added value and creating jobs is getting better, because they not only create business opportunities, but play a role in creating a dynamic and productive business environment.
All these efforts, starting from providing assistance to business actors, encouraging entrepreneurs to emerge from the younger generation to encouraging the growth of new industries, are forms of government steps and strategies in an effort to continue to proactively strengthen the entrepreneurial ecosystem in order to further increase national economic growth.
