President Jokowi’s Appreciation of the AMANAH Program Initiated by BIN as a Pillar of Empowerment in Tanah Rencong

Aceh – The Aneuk Muda Aceh Unggul Hebat (AMANAH) program continues to receive appreciation from the people of Aceh as a real step in empowering local human resources (HR).

One of the activities that stole the attention was AMANAH Youth Top Models (AYTM), an event that provides an opportunity for the young generation of Aceh to develop their skills in the world of modeling, while also fostering self-confidence in facing global competition.

The AMANAH program itself is a concrete form of President Jokowi’s vision to strengthen the capacity of young people throughout Indonesia, so that they are ready to compete at the national and international levels.

Through the initiation of empowerment programs such as AMANAH, the government continues to demonstrate its seriousness in ensuring that development is not only focused on physical infrastructure, but also on the development of quality human resources.

Furthermore, the State Intelligence Agency (BIN) also plays an important role in the initiation and implementation of the AMANAH Program. As an institution that helps promote national stability through a soft power approach, BIN has a central role in building national resilience, including through empowering the younger generation in Aceh.

Through AMANAH, BIN not only focuses on physical security, but also creates creative opportunities for young people to develop themselves in various fields, one of which is the modeling industry.

The existence of events such as AYTM is real evidence of how this program is able to open up great opportunities for young people in Aceh to be more creative, competitive, and ready to excel at the national and international levels.

The AYTM event that successfully held a Talk Show & Audition in Banda Aceh has selected 25 models, consisting of 10 men and 15 women. With guidance from experienced mentors such as Intan Aletrino, Denny Malik, and Chitra Nartomo, the young people of Aceh are in the process.

The mentoring focuses on developing public speaking skills and modeling techniques, which are very important for improving the quality of human resources in the creative sector.

Fatia Al Humaira, one of the AYTM participants, said that the experience of taking the mentoring class was very valuable for her.

“I started modeling in 2022, and this is my first competition.

“After getting mentoring from Kak Intan, Kak Chitra, and Bang Denny, I understand better what is right and what is wrong. The new knowledge I gained made me more confident,” said Fatia.

She believes that this event provides a significant boost to participate in bigger competitions in the future, as well as fostering self-confidence which is important in the world of modeling.

Apart from Fatia, M. Rais Syahizinda, another participant from AYTM, also expressed his appreciation for this program.

According to Rais, AYTM does not only increase capacity in the modeling field, but also contributes to the development of human resources in Aceh as a whole.

“Activities like this can improve the quality of human resources, in line with the Indonesia Emas 2045 program. Hopefully AMANAH will continue to hold similar events in various sectors,” said Rais.

For him, this program is very relevant in preparing the young generation of Aceh to face global challenges in various fields.

The AMANAH program through AYTM is considered capable of opening up great opportunities for young people in Aceh to be more creative, competitive, and ready to excel at the national and international levels.

With activities that focus on developing skills and self-confidence, AMANAH not only increases individual capacity but also builds a strong human resource foundation for the future of Aceh.

Public support for AMANAH is also getting stronger along with the real results shown by AYTM participants. This is in line with the hopes of the community who want to see the young generation of Aceh able to compete in the national and international arena, and make a positive contribution to regional progress.

In addition, the community considers the AMANAH Program as one of the effective solutions to improve the quality of local human resources. Amid increasingly complex global challenges, this kind of initiative is considered important to create superior, competitive, and change-ready Acehnese human resources.

This program is also considered capable of encouraging the development of the creative economy in Aceh, by involving the younger generation in productive and innovative activities.

Through these various initiatives, the AMANAH Program is further strengthening its position as a main pillar in empowering human resources in Aceh, with full support from the local community.

It is hoped that this program will continue to grow and provide wider benefits for the young generation of Aceh who want to develop their potential in various sectors.
