Education is the main foundation for the development of a nation. In the context of Indonesia, the challenges faced by the education system are quite complex. However, with a spirit of optimism, the Prabowo-Gibran pair offers an ambitious vision and mission to improve the quality of the education system throughout Indonesia. Through an innovative approach, they are committed to nurturing creative individuals with global qualifications, a necessary step to face an increasingly competitive era of globalization.
One of the main visions of Prabowo-Gibran is to create an education system that not only emphasizes academic knowledge but also practical skills and creativity. They believe that graduates who can adapt quickly and think critically are key to facing the challenges of the times. In this regard, it is important for educational institutions to develop a curriculum that meets the needs of industry and society, so that graduates are not only prepared to enter the workforce but also capable of innovating and creating solutions to existing problems.
The Professor from the Indonesia University of Education (UPI), Cecep Darmawan, emphasized that the Prabowo-Gibran era must take the management of the education sector seriously. According to him, the narrative of independence or freedom that is often raised in the current education system is nothing more than mere dramaturgy. In this context, all the campaign promises of Prabowo-Gibran regarding education and teachers should serve as crucial input for the formation of the national education roadmap. This must be reflected in the National Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMN) as well as in other long-term plans.
This education roadmap is expected to serve as a structured operational development plan, with various stages, targets, strategies, and clear policies. This roadmap is not just a document, but also the main compass in the development of education in Indonesia. With a clear roadmap in place, every party involved in education, from the government, educators, to the community, can collaborate more effectively to achieve common goals.
Quality education is the right of every child in the nation. However, the challenges we face today are very diverse. From the issue of uneven access to education, the varying quality of teaching, to the need for education that is relevant to the times. Prabowo-Gibran understand that education must reach all layers of society, including remote areas. Therefore, they are committed to improving educational infrastructure and strengthening training for educators throughout Indonesia.
In addition, they also focus on empowering teachers. Teachers are the frontline in the world of education, and their role is crucial in creating a quality future generation. By providing ongoing training and development, it is hoped that teachers will be able to adopt more innovative and effective teaching methods. Prabowo-Gibran want to ensure that every teacher has the opportunity to continue learning and adapting to the latest developments in the field of education.

In an effort to achieve that goal, Prabowo-Gibran also encourages active community participation in education. The community is not only a beneficiary but also a partner in the development of education. By involving the community, it is hoped that stronger support for educational programs will be created, as well as optimizing the existing resources.
Optimism about the improvement of the education system in the Prabowo-Gibran era is not just a mere hope. This is also evidenced by the concrete steps that have already begun to be planned. In the coming years, we expect to see real changes in the quality of education, ranging from infrastructure, curriculum, to the enhancement of teachers’ capacities. Thus, future generations will be better prepared to face challenges and contribute positively to the nation. As a society, we also need to play an active role in driving this change. Our support and participation in education are crucial to ensure that every child in Indonesia receives a decent and quality education. We must be a voice that supports every positive step taken by the government in improving the education system.
With a spirit of optimism and collaboration, we must believe that the Prabowo-Gibran era will be an important momentum in improving the education system in Indonesia. Through a clear vision and mission, as well as a commitment to addressing existing challenges, we can hope that education in Indonesia will continue to advance and be able to produce individuals who are creative, innovative, and globally competitive. Let’s collectively support this change for a better future for the next generation of the nation. Therefore, support for the flagship programs of Prabowo-Gibran, particularly in the field of education, becomes crucial for fostering the intelligence of the nation’s generation. Initiatives such as improving access to education, developing relevant curricula, and training for educators will not only strengthen the foundation of education in Indonesia but also shape intelligent and creative individuals.
Let us actively participate in supporting every step taken by this couple, so that education in Indonesia is not just a formality, but also capable of producing a generation ready to compete on a global level and contribute positively to society. Our shared optimism will bring about real and sustainable change for a brighter future for the nation.
