TWK as a means of control of the status of employees into the apparatus of civil state (ASN) is valid . The status of KPK employees as ASN as regulated in Article 1 point 6 of the KPK Law. Meanwhile, the process for making KPK employees into ASN is regulated in Article 69C of the Law.
The State Civil Service Agency (BKN) stated that there were 3 assessment clusters that referred to dismissal .
