The Job Creation Law is a revolutionary law, because it will change almost all lines in Indonesia. Starting from employment, economy, to investment. The promulgation of this law last October, made the World Trade Organization or WTO praise the Indonesian government. Because it will facilitate investment in this country.

When it was first inaugurated, some people were nervous about the Job Creation Law. They are consumed by hoaxes that this law is miserable. But in reality, U U was made to save their fate. So that foreign investment can enter Indonesia and improve the economic conditions of the people.

World organizations in the same class as the WTO (World Trade Organization) have praised Indonesia’s steps in having the Job Creation Law as a spectacular new law . Because they think that the existence of this Law will reduce the barriers that had hindered investors from entering Indonesia.

The WTO also hopes that the implementation of this law will be carried out immediately, so that the economic policies and targets that are being carried out by the Indonesian government can run even better. Because currently, the Perpres and government regulations are being drafted, so that the implementation of this law will run smoothly. Investors will enter Indonesia with joy.

When investors enter, they will disburse funds to build a new factory. Cooperation between foreign investors and local entrepreneurs will create collaboration so that the company generates high income. So that it can reduce the number of unemployed in Indonesia, because it requires a lot of employees.

Meanwhile, Deputy Minister of Trade Jerry Sambuaga stated that the implementation of the Job Creation Law would be one of the assets in the preparation of materials and negotiations in trade agreements , both bilaterally and multilaterally. In that sense, Jerry emphasized that investment is not a colony, because investors and business people local has an equally strong position.

Rumors about investors were widely heard after this law was enacted. I don’t know why some people are horrified when foreign investors enter Indonesia. Even though they have actually existed since the New Order era. Cooperation with foreign investors is always profitable.

People are asked not to be consumed by hoaxes about the issue of SARA. Because investors usually come from the bamboo curtain country. They really want to expand to Indonesia, by building a factory here. However, the arrival of investors should not be linked to ethnicity, let alone their beliefs . Because the existing cooperation in the business and professional fields is not related to SARA.

It is they who will make the Indonesian economy move forward again. Because if you think of a shop, the financial condition of this country is almost bankrupt. So that there is no monetary crisis volume 2, additional business capital is needed from investors, as fuel for the acceleration of the economy in Indonesia.

Jerry Sambuaga continued, the Job Creation Law will improve the economic sector from upstream to downstream. Because there will be bureaucratic reform that makes licensing easier and can be managed online . When the tightness of the bureaucracy is improved, the economic sector will run smoothly. Because entrepreneurs do not have to deal with complicated permits and threats of bail money from unscrupulous individuals.

Therefore, we are obliged to support the government by not protesting the Job Creation Law. Because this law is intended to improve the financial condition of all Indonesian citizens. The government will not bear the heart to plunge its people into black circles and make laws that benefit the little people.

When the Job Creation Law is praised by international organizations, it shows President Jokowi’s ability to control the Indonesian economy. Because he thinks far ahead and tries to stop his people from being caught in poverty. The Job Creation Law is proof of love from the government.
