The low of using budget in regional government, one of the reasons is the fear of regional government leader will have law case if there is deviation to the Indonesian budget. Then it make using Indonesian budget in the level province, city and regency is low.
“It was because, there are several number regional government got law case and its correlate to the using Indonesian budget in regional level. They are fear and using budget is low,” said him.
