No wonder, if foreign tourists who initially come alone, after they return home and return to Bali instead bring friends or family. Bali Tourism. And not only Bali, but tourism in a number of regions in Indonesia is also world famous.
The Covid-19 pandemic that has occurred since March 2020 has hit the tourism side in Indonesia. Foreign tourists are much reduced. Of course this affects the economy of the community.
The implementation of the 144th IPU is a breath of fresh air for tourism in our archipelago. Especially with the physical presence of the delegates coming to Bali. It is hoped that these delegates will promote Indonesia to their country after attending the 144th IPU. Later, national tourism will be revived.
The central government has made strong efforts to control Covid-19 cases in Bali. During the 144th IPU, health protocols with a bubble system were implemented in a very disciplined and strict manner. In addition to the bubble system process, the Bali regional government has also implemented a Covid-19 vaccination with a high vaccine target.
For this reason, the success of the 144th IPU will be a new milestone for the revival of tourism and the Indonesian economy. The success of the 144th IPU will open the eyes of the world that Indonesia with a number of attractive destinations is worthy of a return visit and is safe.
