Choirul Fuadi, Central Kalimantan, CIDISS – a number of the young in Sampit, Kotawaringin Timur regency, Central Kalimantan together with police sector of Mentaya harbor cleaning rubbish in the tourism place of Jelawat fish monument.
The young is attached in Community of young environment lover and they come from student background. Some of them wear scout uniform.
They did in area of Jelawat fish monument because this is proudly tourism place of sampit people.
This event did to give example to society, especially tourist to always keep clean and care to cleanness.
Chief of police of sector Mentaya harbor, Iptu Mahmud, like quote in Antara News, Monday (14/9/2015) very proud and happy to the activity.
“I am very proud to group of environment lover who has big aware like them,” said Him.
Before they did the action, Mahmud gave command to the participants and divided them into three groups. The young cooperate with police of Mentaya harbor in the social activity.
Mean while, participants dominate female was very enthusiasm. They were not lazy to take rubbish in anywhere of tourism place.
“We are so happy, because police is very support our activity. We are also happy, this is positive activity, better that we do negative activity,” said one of participants.
In the end of activity, they closed their activity with pin banner about to ward off fire and haze. (*)
