The dense of the forest with soft wind, fresh air, and white sand are the landscape of Nature Tourism Park (Taman Wisata Alam/TWA) Tanjung Keluang. Nature Tourism Park Tanjung Keluang is located on Desa Kubu, Kecamatan Kumai, Kotawaringin Barat (Kobar). It was very crowded on the holiday and religious holiday. Much people of Kobar visited this place.
The Nature Tourism Park must belong to local government and not for purchase and sale. But, Nature Conservation Agency; Indonesia (Balai Konservasi Sumber Daya Alam/BKSDA) II Pangkalan Bun found eight Freehold Title and a number Land Title Deed on this area.
It made a conflict. It was because based on law that Freehold Title and Land Title Deed forbid to issue in area of conservation involved Nature Tourism Park Tanjung Keluang.
Refer to head of Nature Conservation Agency; Indonesia, Pangkalan Bun, Hartono, like published on Borneonews , Wednesday (22/1/2015), the issue of eight Freehold Title and a number Land Title Deed in this area made on around 2006 ago. Nature Conservation Agency; Indonesia, Kalimantan Tengah sent a letter to The National Land Agency (Badan Pertanahan Nasional/BPN) Pangkalan bun asking about the issue of eight Freehold Title and a number Land Title Deed in the area. This area is not for Forest for Other Land Uses (area penggunaan lain/APL).
Hartono also explained, if The National Land Agency has not respond yet, BKSDA Kalteng will do this case to State Administrative Court (Pengadilan Tata Usaha Negara/PTUN). “TWA Tanjung keluang belong to government, and in the court, the government will pay for the charges,” explain him.
He assumed, the issue of freehold title in the area for conservation broke the rule and law. So, eight freehold titles and a number Land Title Deed in this area must be cancelled.
