Ganjar Pranowo Encourages Economic Independence, West Sumatra Volunteers Move Intensively
Ganjar Pranowo is a leader who has a very strong commitment to continuing to encourage economic independence for all people in Indonesia. Therefore, his supporting volunteers in West Sumatra (Sumbar) also continue to aggressively move among the community to socialize his name.
The Presidential Candidate (Capres) promoted by the Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle (PDI-P), Ganjar Pranowo, welcomed very well the efforts to downstream industry that had been launched by the President of the Republic of Indonesia (RI), Joko Widodo (Jokowi). According to him, these efforts or steps will clearly really help the country in achieving economic independence.
It is known that so far the export of nickel products, which is a downstream step carried out by Indonesia, has continued to increase. In 2022 alone, the value could reach up to 33.81 billion US dollars or around 504.2 trillion Rupiah, which figure shows an increase of up to 745 percent from the export value in 2017.
In fact, Indonesia has also been named the largest nickel producer in the world in 2022 by the United States Geological Survey (USGS). This is because in that year, the nation’s nickel production is estimated to reach up to 3.3 million metric tons.
Of course, the large amount of nickel production that Indonesia has, indicates what a big opportunity there is for the country in continuing to build downstream industry. Therefore, Ganjar Pranowo himself also continues to be optimistic that this nation is indeed very capable of achieving economic independence through downstream steps, which will create significant added value.
Not only that, but the leader who is identified with his white hair has also agreed to continue to encourage the development of economic independence in villages, especially after the COVID-19 pandemic hit the world and also hit Indonesia.
The efforts made by Ganjar Pranowo to continue to encourage and support the realization of village economic independence are to continue to showcase areas which he considers to be quite successful, starting from Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) which are quite successful as well as other businesses at the local level which continue to be displayed. so that it can be imitated by other communities in order to collectively be able to create economic independence.
Because of the strong commitment that the 54 year old leader has in building, realizing and continuing to encourage the entire community to be able to realize economic independence, this has inspired a group of volunteers who call themselves Mak Ganjar in West Sumatra Province (Sumbar).
These volunteers are also determined to continue to be able to provide many benefits in every activity they carry out in the community, especially these activities are aimed at women or mothers.
One of the series of useful activities carried out by volunteers from the Presidential Candidate (Capres) party led by Megawati Soekarnoputri was to invite mothers on Jalan Sapek Raya Kampung Jambak, Batipuh Panjang Subdistrict, Koto Tengah District, Padang, West Sumatra to continue working through knitting training.
Regarding this activity, the Mak Ganjar West Sumatra Regional Coordinator (Korwil), Ulfa Yulida stated that the tuu training was indeed a form of very strong commitment on her part in continuing to encourage the realization of empowerment in the role of women, especially in the economic sector.
Apart from the fact that the training efforts they carried out had great potential and economic value, the activities carried out by volunteers from supporters of the leaders born in Karanganyar Regency also turned out to have many other benefits because they could also be used by mothers to fill their free time. them with positive activities.
The reason is, Ulfa considers that by filling your free time with lots of useful activities such as knitting, it will clearly be able to relieve stress, including being able to train your muscles, develop your cognitive brain and can further increase the self-confidence of women in West Sumatra.
Apart from that, by knitting activities they can also look for various kinds of new inspiration, which they can then make for themselves or give to loved ones. Not only that, but the knitted products can also be used as home industry products to further increase the role of MSME players and also empower women.
The enthusiasm of all volunteers supporting Ganjar Pranowo in West Sumatra Province (Sumbar) to continue to socialize his name in the wider community with many positive activities, one of which is knitting training for these mothers, also cannot be separated from what Ganjar is like. is a leader who is concerned about continuing to encourage economic independence from society.
