Ganjar Pranowo received an award as the Governor of Punakawan, because he is an inspiration for business people. This award is prestigious because it was directly given by the Minister of National Development Planning/Head of IBRA Suharso Monoarfa. Ganjar is grateful for this award and feels very honored to receive it.
Ganjar Pranowo is the ideal presidential candidate because he is determined to eradicate poverty in Indonesia. As a figure who has experience in leading, he wants to be head of state to prosper the people. The public supports Ganjar as the ideal presidential candidate and wins him in the 2024 elections.
The presidential candidate, Ganjar Pranowo, is very much loved by the Indonesian people. His figure is liked because he has advanced views and is able to bring Indonesia to become one of the Asian tigers. The people are ready to win Ganjar in the 2024 presidential election.
On August 3, 2023, Ganjar Pranowo received the ‘Puanakawan Governor’ award given by the MarkPlus Institute together with Jenderal Soedirman University (Unsoed) at the opening of the Indonesian Marketing Festival (IMF) 2023, in the city of Semarang.
Founder & Chairman of the MarkPlus Institute, Hermawan Kartajaya, said that the Governor Punakawan award was given after observing and evaluating for approximately 10 years. During his two terms as Governor of Central Java, Ganjar Pranowo was considered to have the characteristics or character of a Punakawan.
Hermawan Kartawijaya added, Ganjar is a governor but also a servant (of the community). The punakawan in Javanese stories, the Javanese Mahabharata, actually comes as if he is a servant, even though he is an adviser.
In the wayang story, there are 4 clowns, namely Semar, Gareng, Petruk, and Bagong. They are wayang characters who often advise the Pandavas (Yudhistira and his four younger siblings). The figure of Ganjar Pranowo is seen as a punakawan because he is a populist, often gives subtle advice, and is not arrogant even though he is a smart person.
Praise from Hermawan Kartawijaya is not just praise, but reality. Ganjar has appeared as a ‘servant’ of society. On his social media account, he wrote the motto ‘the governor is only a mandate, my lord, yes the people’. This proves that he became an official to truly serve the community.
Hermawan explained, in his book entitled Entrepreneurial Marketing, Punakawan has a philosophy that becomes a model and inspires the performance of business people or entrepreneurs.
The model is inspired by the philosophy of the original Indonesian figure, including the concepts of Creativity–Innovation–Entrepreneurial–Leadership (CI-EL) and Productivity–Improvement–Professionalism–Management (PI-PM), as tools for analysis and strategy development in the Post Normal era. .
Ganjar Pranowo has creativity, innovation and leadership, as in that concept. He is creative, not just productive. The ideas are there, various. Ganjar can come even for 15 minutes.. So his productivity actually goes up, one day he can go anywhere. If it’s not creative, it can’t be.
In terms of innovation, Ganjar also has that. During his two periods leading Central Java, Ganjar was very innovative in many ways. Not only did he make improvements, but Ganjar made many jumps.
Ganjar’s leadership is also a factor in how creativity and innovation can work well in Central Java. Entrepreneurs must have the courage to take risks, see opportunities, and indeed be able to work with others. That’s the character of Mr. Ganjar. If professional is discipline and others. He is also a leader, not just a manager. The governor, yes, must be the top manager, the CEO of Central Java.
Hermawan added, in presenting the Governor Punakawan award, the MarkPlus Institute deliberately partnered with Jenderal Soedirman University. Because they also have cooperation in the field of human entrepreneurship.
The people, especially those living in Central Java, are proud of Ganjar’s achievements. They are happy because the governor is considered capable and has high leadership.
When Ganjar shows the results of his work, the people will have more trust to become President of the Republic of Indonesia next year. In 2022 there are 30 awards he has won. This shows that Ganjar is an accomplished leader, so that he is increasingly loved by the Indonesian people.
Then, Ganjar has built at least 71 Community Health Centers from 2012 to 2020. People love Ganjar even more because he is very concerned and wants people to get health facilities that are closer and have complete equipment.
In a survey, Ganjar won more votes than other presidential candidates. Then, in surveys at different institutions, he also remained number one. This really shows that the people want him to be the next president. Ganjar deserves to lead not only in Central Java, but in Indonesia.
Survey results certainly can not be bought. Moreover, what is presented is the result of several survey institutions. When everyone said that Ganjar was the winner of the survey, he would definitely be the next president.
Ganjar Pranowo shows his achievements and he is proud to be awarded as the Governor of Punakawan. The reason is because clown servants are people’s servants and advise others in a good way. All Indonesian people are increasingly convinced that Ganjar will become the next president.
