Lombok — Thousands of people in Lombok continue to give their full support to the PDI Perjuangan presidential candidate, Ganjar Pranowo, in the upcoming 2024 presidential election.
It is known that on Sunday (18/6), the Governor of Central Java was present in person and greeted thousands of volunteers, cadres and also sympathizers of his party at the National Square of East Lombok Regency, West Nusa Tenggara.
Later, during the visit, Ganjar also admitted that Tuan Guru Bajang (TGB), Muhammad Zainul Majdi, who is also his best friend since becoming a member of the Indonesian Parliament, also declared his full support.
“He has provided support for me to become a presidential candidate in the 2024 Presidential Election,” he said.
Meanwhile, the chairman of the DPD PDI Perjuangan NTB, Rachmat Hidayat stated that in principle, all parties in Lombok were ready to work together to oversee Ganjar’s entire agenda.
“In principle, we are ready to work together to oversee the entire Ganjar agenda in NTB,” he said.
The chairman of the PDI Perjuangan DPD then revealed several reasons why the public had to choose the figure of Ganjar.
According to him, the presidential candidate from the party bearing the bull logo with a white muzzle is a very simple, honest person and most importantly, he is a leader who really cares about the people and is not corrupt.
“Ganjar is a person who is simple, honest, cares about the people and is not corrupt,” said Rachmat.
For information, for almost an hour, the leader who was identical with his white hair fired up the enthusiasm of thousands of people present, including hundreds of officials and also PDI Perjuangan cadres in NTB to achieve success in the 2024 elections.
On the same occasion, Ganjar later also said that he had been given a mandate by his party to be able to advance to become a presidential candidate in the upcoming 2024 presidential election.
“I have been nominated by PDIP as president in 2024,” he added.
Even though it has become a major party, indeed the PDIP itself cannot walk alone at all, and we need togetherness to be able to win the democratic election party.
Until now, there are only three parties that are officially ready to cooperate with the PDI Perjuangan, namely PPP, Hanura and Perindo.
Indeed, it cannot be denied that cooperation and togetherness are very important to be able to unify voices.
