JAKARTA — Knowing how the electability of Ganjar Pranowo continues to skyrocket, all the parties carrying him are getting more solid to welcome victory in the upcoming 2024 Presidential Election.

Saiful Mujani Research and Consulting (SMRC) has released the results of their latest survey regarding the electoral numbers owned by the Presidential Candidates who will compete in the 2024 Presidential Election.

The results of the latest survey show that the electability of Ganjar Pranowo has outperformed all the candidate names.

SMRC Research Director, Deni Irvani explained that in a closed-vote simulation involving three candidate names, the PDI Perjuangan presidential candidate topped the survey results with support of 35.9 percent.

“In the closed choice simulation of the three names, Ganjar received 35.9 percent support, Prabowo 33.6 percent. Anies is in third place with 20.4 percent support. Those who don’t know are 10.1 percent,” said Deni.

Furthermore, according to him, so far the electoral figures owned by the 54-year-old leader have consistently increased, especially after he was officially declared a presidential candidate by the PDI Perjuangan.

Deni said that support for Ganjar had also strengthened after being declared a presidential candidate from 33.2 percent in early April 2023 to 39.2 percent in early May 2023, an increase of 6 percent, but dropped again until the survey in mid-July 2023 to 30.8 percent.

“Then (Ganjar) returned to strength in the last survey in early August to 35.9 percent,” said Deni.

This is very different when compared to other candidate names which tend to remain stagnant or even experience a decline.

Meanwhile, responding to the results of the latest survey which stated that Ganjar Pranowo’s name was in the top position, PDI Perjuangan Secretary General Hasto Kristiyanto revealed that the spirit of winning for their Presidential Candidate was getting stronger.

According to him, the survey results are a very positive momentum.

“This is a very positive momentum, when Pak Ganjar Pranowo’s election has rebounded and is moving towards the top, on the other hand, the others have stagnated and some have even fallen,” said Hasto

Hasto said that this rebound position certainly awakened optimism from all political parties, supporters namely PDIP, PPP, Perindo Party, and Hanura. As well as volunteers to move more massively.

In addition, Hasto said the optimism for winning the Perindo Party presidential candidate Ganjar Pranowo in the 2024 presidential election is getting stronger with the support of academics and intellectuals, as was done in Yogyakarta.

Pijar volunteers consisting of academics declared themselves to win Ganjar in the 2024 presidential election.

“Optimism is built with the support of academics from universities in Yogyakarta, Central Java and East Java,” he said.

“This positive energy will be part of the movement of intellectual power with networks from across the campus to support Pak Ganjar Pranowo,” said Hasto.
