Jakarta – CIDISS. In the era of the Jokowi, the Revolution Mental leadership currently very often sounded. Radicalism leadership becomes very often discussed lately. As for the role of the family is very important in building mental toughness to young men and women in Indonesia to avoid radical understanding that can infiltrate and influence mental of Indonesian youths.
The family is the first school, as well as environmental first known to every young man and women to the strengthening the role of the family that is crucial in building mental and spirit of nationalism and nationality should really be implanted in every soul and self-youths Indonesian nation.
By starting the morning activities together and make themselves available for a chat and discuss things that happen in one day can foster emotional closeness between family members. It can be a milestone in basic education in developing emotional intelligence is often negligent taught in school or in the environment around.
Emotional intelligence coupled with intelligence spiritual will be directly proportional to the behavior of an honest and clean. Expected intelligent young men and women not only in cognitive but intelligent in the management and anger management to avoid a radical understanding that pervades understand the principles and vision as citizens of the same nationality and religion.
The family is also expected to be the first filter to detect any mental imbalance that leads to radical ideology. Higher education needs to be a reference but mental education is also important. Along with the rise of competition that is present in the form of visualization and mental make youths weakened if not robust and resistant in the face of the competition. That’s where the role of the family required to form a clean souls youth healthy and able to compete.
