AMANAH Program Development and Training for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises to Produce Globally Superior Local Products

Coaching and training for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the Aneuk Muda Aceh Superior and Great (AMANAH) program is able to produce various kinds of superior local products from the area nicknamed Rencong Country that can go global.
With the existence of various kinds of superior local products from Aceh that are world-famous, it clearly supports increased economic activity in the area so that the welfare of the surrounding community also increases.
However, it is not enough to stop there, but the Government of the Republic of Indonesia (RI) also continues to strive not only to improve the welfare of MSME players, but also to provide a series of guidance and training for them to become more qualified and have global competitiveness through the implementation of the AMANAH Program.
According to the Director of Use and Marketing of Domestic Products at the Indonesian Ministry of Trade (Kemendag), Krisna Ariza, it is very important to transform human resources (HR) for MSME players towards a Golden Indonesia in 2045.
So far, the government has also continued to prepare and strive for a Golden Indonesia in 2045 with the goal of making all society experience justice, prosperity and well-being.
There are several things that are important to realize increased justice, prosperity and welfare of society, one of which is the transformation of human resources from MSME players.
In the current era of technological and information development, consumption patterns have experienced quite significant changes. In fact, nowadays sales can occur not only face to face, but also online or on an online basis. Therefore, MSME players really need good managerial skills in managing their sales, both directly and in cyberspace.
The second thing that MSME players must prepare is product innovation which must continue to be in line with current developments. Then third, namely the existence of a partnership pattern with various modern retail stores that prioritize their local superior products.
It is the duty of the local Regional Government (Pemda) to provide market access to micro, small and medium enterprises. Furthermore, when there is an increase in production, they must have the courage to increase their capital capacity and production capacity by utilizing banking services.
All facilities that the government has provided are aimed at being a means of expanding market access. Guidance and training on various things for MSME players continues to be carried out in order to facilitate all community needs.
The existence of the AMANAH Program is able to support the existence of superior local products from the region so that they become increasingly global, namely through export and import activities.
In this case, the initiator of the AMANAH Program, namely the State Intelligence Agency of the Republic of Indonesia (BIN RI), has clearly had a tremendous impact on improving the economy in Aceh, especially for increasing the quality and competitiveness of human resources for MSME players.
If the quality of human resources for micro, small and medium enterprises increases optimally, then the processing of Aceh’s superior local products will become increasingly highly competitive, thus supporting export and import activities worldwide.
Furthermore, the Director of the Directorate of Business and Sustainable Funds at Syiah Kuala University (USK) and expert on Aceh patchouli, Dr. Syaifullah Muhammad revealed that the AMANAH program continues to collaborate with the Atsiri Research Center (ARC) to empower all local young people.
The main focus in these empowerment efforts is so that the younger generation, especially those included in local MSMEs, are able to process various superior local products from Aceh so that they can bring many benefits to society at large, not only for the citizens of Rencong State, but also benefit the community as a whole. worldwide.
When regional superior local products can have widespread benefits, it is not impossible to have a very positive impact on the economy of the region itself.
In terms of continuing to encourage local Acehnese products to become more global, the AMANAH Program was initiated by an institution led by Police General (Ret.) Prof. Dr. Budi Gunawan together with Syiah Kuala University (USK) carried out an innovation process from upstream to downstream on Aceh patchouli.
From this innovation in Acehnese patchouli products, it is clear that it has been very helpful in improving the welfare of local patchouli farmers, so that the area nicknamed Serambi Mecca has become one of the best quality patchouli oil producers in the world.
Various kinds of guidance and training for MSME players and local youth in the AMANAH Program initiated by BIN were able to produce superior local products of global quality, one of which is the existence of Aceh patchouli which to this day continues to receive international recognition.
