Falah hopes that the ratification of the revised law will not be used as a provocation tool that will actually hinder the development of the defense sector. According to him, this revision is needed so that Indonesia is able to face various global dynamics that continue to develop.
“In terms of strengthening itself, why? Because with this revision, it is a very good strategic step. With the complex global problems, there must also be progress from various sectors,” said Falah.

The Head of the Gerrak Kebumen Alliance, Fathul Amin Hasbullah, emphasized the importance of strengthening the role of the TNI as the last bastion of national defense. He also highlighted the urgency of revising the TNI Law as a strategic step in facing multidimensional threats.
“The TNI must not be belittled! We must fight efforts to weaken this institution. Revision of the TNI Law is an urgent need to ensure that national defense remains strong amidst the increasingly complex geopolitical situation,” Fathul said.
Furthermore, he highlighted the potential for propaganda that could reduce the strategic role of the TNI and reminded the public not to get caught up in narratives that weaken national sovereignty.
“History has proven that without a solid TNI, the Republic of Indonesia would not have survived until today. We must not lose our defense identity just because of pragmatic interests or foreign pressure,” he concluded.
