Papua – The General Chairperson of the DPP Pemuda Saireri Papua and a Papuan youth figure, Gifli Buinei, appealed to all Papuan people to support and participate in making the National Food Security program initiated by President Prabowo Subianto a success.

According to him, the determination of Merauke Regency as a national and even world food barn is a commitment and serious step by the central government to improve people’s welfare. However, the success of this program is highly dependent on the active support of all elements of Papuan society, especially the younger generation.

“I invite the younger generation and all Papuan people to play an active role in overseeing this National Food Security program. Papuan people should not just be spectators, but must participate in making the program a success so that it truly has a positive impact on our welfare,” said Gifli Buinei.

He emphasized that this program is a strategic step that can improve the economy of the Papuan people and ensure better food security for the region.

“The determination of Merauke Regency as a national food barn is a very appropriate step. With its vast agricultural land, fertile soil, and supportive climate, Merauke has great potential to become a center for national food security. Therefore, we as Papuan people must provide full support for this program so that its benefits can be felt directly by the local community,” he added.

Furthermore, Gifli Buinei also expressed his appreciation to President Prabowo Subianto for this policy. He hopes that in the implementation of the food security program, the Papuan people must be actively involved so that they are not just spectators, but also enjoy the benefits of this program.

“We hope that this program can bring change to Papua and ensure the welfare of the local community.” With the active involvement of all elements of society, Papua can be realized as independent in food security.
