Latest Kompas R&D Survey, Ganjar Pranowo Has the Highest Electability
JAKARTA — The results of the latest Kompas Research and Development survey show that Ganjar Pranowo has the highest electability as a 2024 presidential candidate when compared to other candidate names.
It is known that the survey was conducted from 27 July to 7 August 2023.
In the open simulation, the electoral figures owned by Ganjar Pranowo reached up to 24.9 percent leading the way when compared to other candidates.
“In the latest Kompas survey, the electability of Ganjar Pranowo is 24.9 percent, Prabowo Subianto is 24.6 percent, and Anies Baswedan is 12.7 percent,” wrote the survey.
When using a simulation of 10 names, the leader with white hair still excels with an electability of 29.6 percent.
Then, in the five-name scheme, they also excel with 31.8 percent ownership. Including the three-name scheme, it skyrocketed even more with 34.1 percent of the vote.
Previously, the Indonesian Political Indicator Survey Institute had also released the results of their opinion poll and showed the same result that Ganjar Pranowo outperformed all names.
The electoral figure owned by the PDI Perjuangan presidential candidate reaches up to 35.2 percent.
Main Researcher for Indicators, Burhanuddin Muhtadi explained how the electability distance ratio of Ganjar was the highest.
“The result is Ganjar 35.2 percent, Prabowo 33.2 percent, and Anies 23.9 percent,” he said.
Meanwhile, responding to the dynamics of the political order that is currently happening and has been happening in Indonesia recently, the Secretary General of the DPP PDI P Hasto Kristiyanto said that in fact Ganjar’s electability continues to skyrocket.
According to him, the electoral figures owned by the 54-year-old leader are getting higher amid the mob by other parties ahead of the 2024 Presidential Election.
This is of course also thanks to how all PDI Perjuangan cadres continue to unite their movements.
So that optimism is very high even though there have been changes in the coalition arrangement that have occurred in the political map for the upcoming elections.
“Through the PDI Perjuangan DPD Regional Working Meeting in East Kalimantan, we united the steps in winning the legislative and presidential elections where based on the electoral survey Mr. Ganjar Pranowo was increasing, there was a rebound,” he explained.
“This builds our optimism in the midst of the various mobs that have been made by other parties against Pak Ganjar Pranowo,” said Hasto.
Furthermore, for him the increase in electoral numbers was due to Ganjar’s track record so that more and more people support him.
“Pak Ganjar’s track record, leadership character and the situation of being beaten up has actually engendered people’s sympathy to act, fostering stronger support for Pak Ganjar Pranowo,” said Hasto.
