Because he has the character of a very populist leader and is able to be accepted by all levels of society in Indonesia, making residents in West Sumatra (West Sumatra) very confident that the figure of Ganjar Pranowo is able to continue to support the progress of villagers so that support for him continues to expand.
The discussion about the candidates for the future leaders of the country is increasingly heating up in Indonesia, especially in the midst of welcoming the political year in the context of holding a democratic party and political contestation in the 2024 Presidential Election (Pilpres).
Of course, when people want to make their choice on a figure, they clearly have their own criteria regarding the figure they want to choose.
According to data from the Kurious-Katadata Insight Center (KIC) survey, it shows that as many as 50.3% (percent) of people in the country actually have the ideal criteria for a leader, namely when they are able to always be close to their people from various groups.

It is known that the figure of Bung Karno was a leader who was not only simple, but also very populist. He is also known as a very humble figure, because he is a leader who never gets tired and always comes down to see and witness the real conditions of his people.
Meanwhile, the East Java (East Java) Archipelago Student Executive Board (BEM) discussed how the criteria for an ideal leader desired by the millennial generation, it was found that they really wanted a figure with integrity and sincerity to serve all elements of the nation.
Apart from that, according to them, an ideal leader is someone who must have a clear vision to be able to advance the nation and also create prosperity for all levels of society, including people in villages. Then another thing that was highlighted was how the future leader must have a high spirit of nationalism as a form of love for the Motherland, and on the other hand also have religiosity to be able to be among religious communities in Indonesia.
All the ideal criteria as a future leader of the nation to lead this country in 2024 are in the Presidential Candidate (Capres) promoted by the Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle (PDI-P) Ganjar Pranowo. So it’s no wonder why support for him continues to expand over time.
As many as hundreds of people in West Sumatra Province (Sumbar) consisting of Village Volunteers for Ganjar (Des Ganjar) declared their full support for the leader identified with white hair as President in the upcoming 2024 presidential election.
Regarding this, the Chairman of DPW Des Ganjar West Sumatra, Iswandi also agreed that the support of the entire community for the 54 year old leader to become the next President of the Republic of Indonesia continues to expand and strengthen from various regions in Indonesia.
Moreover, in West Sumatra itself, administrators of the Village Volunteer Network for Ganjar (Des Ganjar) have been confirmed in 12 districts. Of course, it is not without reason why support for the party cadre figure led by Megawati Soekarnoputri continues to expand and strengthen.
This is because it is known that Ganjar Pranowo is indeed a leader who is very familiar with all the problems in the village. Not only that, but he is also a leader figure who is known to be very social and able to be close to all groups. It doesn’t stop there, but he is also considered to be very caring and considerate of the people in the village and always supports the progress of all the villages he leads.
This has actually been carried out by the Presidential Candidate (Capres) from the party bearing the bull logo with the white muzzle. His track record and leadership experience cannot be doubted at all when he was still serving as governor in Central Java Province (Central Java), all of which have been tested.
For this reason, because of the proven leadership from Ganjar Pranowo who is considered very qualified, all members of the community in West Sumatra (West Sumatra) really want that the success of their leadership can continue to be increased on a larger scale to a national scale, namely when he becomes President of the Republic of Indonesia.
