West Java President Prabowo Subianto launched the Fast Best Results Program (PHTC) as a step to accelerate the equalization of education quality throughout Indonesia. The launch of the program was carried out in the context of the Commemoration of National Education Day at Cimahpar 5 Elementary School, Bogor City, West Java, Friday (2/5)

One of the concrete steps that will soon be implemented in this program is the installation of digital television screens in all schools. The facility is expected to support digital-based learning, especially in areas that lack educators.

“There we can provide the best lessons and this can be useful for schools, especially in remote areas, underdeveloped areas, outermost areas or in urban areas and so on, which have difficulty getting materials or getting teachers who are experts in certain fields,” said President Prabowo in his speech.

The President targets digital screens to be installed in all schools by mid-2026. He emphasized that this initiative will greatly assist teachers and students in improving the quality of learning.

“This helps schools, helps teachers in all schools throughout Indonesia,” he continued.

Furthermore, the President emphasized the importance of collaboration and unity in advancing the world of education. He expressed appreciation to teachers who have been at the forefront of educating the nation.

“Really, these teachers are indeed heroes who are often unsung. Brothers and sisters, for that once again I thank you and let us unite, let us work together, let us get along harmoniously. A great nation is a harmonious nation,” he concluded.

Meanwhile, the Chief Expert of the Presidential Communication Office, Hariqo Satria, revealed that many classrooms in Indonesia are in disrepair. To overcome this, the government has allocated a budget of Rp17.1 trillion to repair 10,440 classrooms by 2025.

“Our President, Mr. Prabowo, wants all children here to have high incomes in 20 years, get decent jobs, be healthy, smart, and be able to compete with children from any country,” said Hariqo.***
