Minister of youth and sports Launched Entrepreneurial Capital Institution for Youth
Choirul Fuadi/CIDISS – Recently, Minister of youth and sports (Menpora), Imam Nahrawi launched new program of. The program named the institution of a Youth Entrepreneurship Capital (LPKP).
Financing institution (LPKP) devoted to among the youth aged 16-30 years. This institution is the mandate of law No. 40 of the year 2009 on Youth and Regulation Number 60 by 2013 About LPKP.
The program aims to stir entrepreneurship among young people. In addition, the Institute also aims to help the youth of pioneering efforts until a revival by the banking financing institutions
According to Assistant Deputy Youth Entrepreneurship mentioned by 2015 this LPKP has prepared at least 240 package for Young Budding Entrepreneurial assistance (WMP) each worth about IDR 25 million and also 100 Pack for Entrepreneurial Youth Centers (SKP) each valued at IDR 50 million.
Imam Nahrawi explained that the budget is still low. According to him, to run the young entrepreneurs which can reduce youth unemployment, it required a budget of at least IDR 31 Trillion. The budget for the 2% of the total youth with stubs at least IDR 25 million per person.
In addition to providing capital, LPKP also provides mentoring, training schemes, partnership, promotion and access to markets for products produced by the young entrepreneur.
