Accompanied by BIN Chief, Jokowi Proud to See Innovation of Aceh Youth When Inaugurating AMANAH
Aceh – President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) inaugurated the Amanah Youth Creative Hub (AYCH) at the Aneuk Muda Aceh Unggul and Hebat or AMANAH central building, which is located in the Aceh Industrial Area (KIA) Ladong, Aceh Besar, Tuesday (15/10).
In his inauguration speech, President Jokowi admitted that he was very impressed by the creativity and innovation of Aceh’s young people.
“I see it as very innovative in terms of fashion, Muslim fashion, design, very classy,” said President Jokowi.
AMANAH is considered to be able to encourage the development of creativity and innovation among young people, especially in Aceh, as well as open up opportunities to enter the sustainable creative industry.
President Jokowi also stated that the products produced by AMANAH deserve high appreciation and recognition.
“I really appreciate and value all of AMANAH’s innovations which deserve a thumbs up,” said President Jokowi.
Previously, the Head of BIN, Police General (Ret.) Prof. Dr. Budi Gunawan, SH, M.Si., Ph.D said that the Amanah Youth Creative Hub was the brainchild of President Joko Widodo for young people in Aceh.
“The President’s love for young people in the eastern and western parts of Indonesia is extraordinary,” said Budi Gunawan.
He expressed his pride because President Jokowi had seen firsthand the products produced by AMANAH, all of which have competitive advantages.
“The President has been around and seen a number of achievements and products of Amanah. Electric vehicles, fashion products, agriculture that are export quality and can also fulfill the free and nutritious program of Prabowo-Gibran,” he said.
The Head of BIN also did not forget to express his gratitude to Jokowi who had listened to the aspirations of Acehnese youth so that he could establish the AMANAH Building.
“AYCH will always be remembered as Jokowi’s mandate as the future of Aceh’s youth. To be more prosperous and prosperous. God willing, this Amanah program must continue,” said the Head of BIN.
Previously, President Jokowi accompanied by the Head of BIN, General of Police (ret.) Prof. Dr. Budi Gunawan, SH, M.Si., Ph.D., had the opportunity to tour the Amanah building, both outdoors and indoors, where Jokowi greatly appreciated the MSMEs developed through the Amanah program, such as woven and batik creations, Aceh embroidery.
In addition, there are a number of booths for the Amanah application by Acehnese millennials, the Amanah cafe which also employs writing friends, and a coffee laboratory. Jokowi also had time to shop at the Amanah UMKM.
Also accompanying President Jokowi on the flight to Aceh Province were Minister of Home Affairs Tito Karnavian and Minister of Transportation Budi Karya Sumadi.
