The 212 reunion led by the Alumni Brotherhood (PA) 212 received many rejections from various parties. The event is deemed to have gone out of its original destination and is prone to infiltration of stowaways that can create riots,
For some people, this reunion is awaited moment. According to the KBBI, the word reunion means a meeting again (it could be a former schoolmate, fellow soldier, and so on) after being separated for a long time. The momentum of the reunion is considered to also strengthen the friendship that is broken or saggy. Usually there will be agendas to complete the event. This reunion is casual, but some are formal depending on the concept of the event. Well, is PA 212 who will hold this reunion also similar to the explanation above?
The issue of holding a 212 comrade in arms meeting at Monas was welcomed by the enthusiasm of its citizens. But only the pros with them, why? Therefore, those who declared contra considered the purpose of this reunion had changed, not based on the initial definition of the formation of this community organization. Nevertheless, stating the cons is not necessarily wrong. This is because there is a number of evidence related to deviating the essence of this event. Starting from attracting political figures to undermining the government through criticism, which is certainly considered too extreme.
Before the 212 reunion agenda which will be held on December 2, 2019, in 2018 this event also caused a stir in the Indonesian people. In fact, it has become a trending topic of the world. How not, religious actions consisting of nearly 8 million people whiten the capital city of Jakarta. However, there is something interesting, namely the existence of counter-action titled ‘Action for Contemplation 212 and enlightenment of the Nation’. This action was initiated by the Chairperson of the 212 Kapitra Ampera Activists Gathering Forum.
The action has the duty to sensitize participants 212 so as not to make the momentum as a political movement or covert campaign. One example is carrying the pairs of President and Vice President. Kapitra wants to return the 212 action to his preaching. Because, he objected if the Islamic action was tainted by political interests.
A year later, it seems that the purpose of the 212 reunion has not shown any change. The dragons still have a political agenda that wants to be included in the momentum of the event. Whereas in the past a yellow card had been given by a number of parties. Not to oppose, just to straighten up so that further actions remain on the path. Not to mention, the event will be filled by HRS which incidentally is wrapped in various cases. The most phenomenal when he had problems overstayed fines in the country of oil refineries. Who does not know HRS, FPI’s high priest who is quite capable in criticizing the government. Unfortunately, the tongue is not reinforced, criticism is only criticism, because in reality the Habib is only considered effective in blabbering without any real action.
In fact, many also consider it just a barrel that sounds loud. The fanfare is cornering the government, turn to get in trouble asking to be repatriated. Then where do you want to put it? Already asking for help still slipping the drama playing victim, Habib oh Habib. If the logic of the event will be led by someone with this misfit behavior, where do you want to take the 212 reunion destination?
Actually, the 212 December action will never ban or block. It’s just that the government invited to be honest. Do not let this kind of action cause political upheaval, after the easing of the ‘hot’ situation of the Presidential Election some time ago. Knowing yourself how chaotic the situation was at the time, the event that initially had positive intentions metamorphosed towards treason, where the leader voiced things that tended to intervene in government.
So if now the people are smarter in choosing, of course, as a result of previous experience, right? Where there are people who want their religion to be a hidden place to foster political growth. It’s good to stay honest, do not associate the reunion event with politics. Then the reunion entitled ‘Munajat for State Safety. Great Maulid and 212 ‘Alumni Reunion can be held as usual. So that there is no need to mention a number of political figures to raise the stage of the event.
