The Government and the House of Representatives continue to promote the simplification of regulations through the Omnibus Law approach. The Omnibus Law Act is believed to be able to facilitate all licenses that were previously hampered by overlapping regulations. Reflecting on this conclusion, the Omnibus Law Law urges it to be implemented in Indonesia.
For those who already know the basic concept of the Omnibus Law, it will certainly be very supportive. Not only will it simplify all the regulations and the chaos of the existing rules. However, it also triggers national economic growth and resolves the nation’s problems. But there are still gaps for people, groups and parties to give a different attitude. The problem is, this criticism is not quite right. Previously, a number of parties welcomed the government’s plan to implement the Omnibus Law concept. The policy is considered appropriate because it will improve the country’s economy, especially from the investment sector. That is because the Omnibus Law is a policy in the form of a law that is made to target one major issue and it is possible to revoke or amend several laws at once so that they become more concise and simple.
Nevertheless, it still needs anticipation and careful preparation so that the policy does not harm the country’s economy. Considering, there is a need for a thorough discussion involving all parties to produce careful planning. Omnibus Law has been successfully implemented, Indonesia is developing.
