The creativity and professionalism of the entire young generation continues to be forged thanks to the existence of the Aceh Youth Creative Hub (AYCH) or Aceh Excellent and Great Aneuk Youth Building Center (AMANAH). With the existence of one of the flagship programs of the Government of the Republic of Indonesia (RI) through the initiation of the State Intelligence Agency (BIN), AMANAH is able to present various kinds of very positive activities, with the aim of continuing and increasingly forging the creativity and professionalism of the nation’s young generation.
Of course, if the entire young generation has received education regarding creativity and professionalism from as early as possible, then it will make them accustomed to the world of work, thereby demanding an increase in the quality of human resources (HR).
Currently, progress on the construction of the AMANAH Central Building has reached 70 percent and the target for completion is next July. In fact, now the team has finished work on the construction and structure of the building.
There are at least 9 areas that have been successfully established, namely the multi-functional building, the main building, the men’s and women’s dormitories, the prayer room, the greenhouse building, the distillery, the ground water tank and the generator house.
Welcoming the positive progress of the accelerated construction of the AMANAH Building, the Acting Regent of Aceh Besar, Muhammad Iswanto, hopes that with the existence of this building, the younger generation in the Aceh region will receive a lot of training to increase their independence. Apart from that, Acehnese youth can also experience increased competence and professionalism to become entrepreneurs or young entrepreneurs.
In this way, they can learn how to manage and market products digitally, including taking advantage of technological developments in developing their business.
Indeed, several fields continue to receive improvement and development through the existence of the AMANAH Program, such as creative fields, research and technology, entrepreneurship, creative industries, education, literacy, culture and language.
In connection with one of the very positive programs or activities that AMANAH carries out to increase creativity and professionalism, namely the event entitled One Day Voice Over or ‘A Day to Be Trending’ which took place in the Aceh Museum Hall. This event aims to educate the younger generation regarding effective voice over techniques in creating their social media content.
In this class, participants received training on creating effective content via social media platforms, then how to carry out storytelling strategies and the importance of personal branding.
According to the Founder of the Indonesian Voice Institute and VO Artist, Bimo Kusum or commonly known as Bimoky, said that the talents of young Acehnese people are extraordinary, especially how their voices are strong and attractive.
The hidden talent that the young generation of the area nicknamed Veranda of Mecca already has, means that they actually only need a little training as long as they are able to continue to consistently practice, then it is not impossible that they will become professionals.
Having creative and professional skills is something that is very important, especially in the current competitive business world, where the whole world can be connected with advances in digital technology.
Therefore, it is now necessary for everyone to understand how to optimize social media or digital content, which means they must have creativity and professionalism to be able to compete in today’s globalized world.
Apart from that, Aneuk Muda Aceh Excellent and Great (AMANAH) continues to socialize their programs, including the Car Free Day (CFD) activities. The aim of this outreach is to cover as much of the young generation of Rencong Country as possible from various fields, especially the creative economy.
One of the Acehnese youth, Syarifah Fatimah Azzahra (19) said that with the existence of various programs from AMANAH, the creativity of Aceh’s young generation will continue to increase in the future.
The awakening of young people’s creativity will then further encourage them so that all their true talents can continue to develop. The reason is that this entire series of activities is one of the flagship programs of Indonesian President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) in the field of community empowerment, especially those in Aceh.
The AMANAH program is indeed one of the government’s flagship programs which operates in the field of empowerment, and the focus they provide is on various sectors such as agriculture, fisheries and various other things.
The entire young generation of Aceh continues to receive guidance, education and training from the Government, especially BIN as the initiator of the AMANAH program. Through the activities in this program, they experience an increase in aspects of creativity and professionalism.
