CIDISS – In the program of increase the health of Indonesian people, the ministry of health (Menkes) Nila Farid Moeloek visited some regions in Indonesia. One of them is in Gunung Mas regency, Central Kalimantan province.
Monday morning, (3/10/2016), the ministry of health visited Gunung Mas regency, Central Kalimantan. The ministry of health flied to Gunung Mas regency using carter plane. She arrived in Sangkalemo Kuala Kurun airport at 9 am Wib. Her arriving is welcomed by custom ceremony.
Step down of the airplane’s stair, the ministry of health is directly welcomed by Governor of Central Kalimantan, Sugianto Sabran and Regent of Gunung Mas, Arton S Dohong, and official in Gunung Mas regency. In the custom ceremony, the ministry of health was delivered three questions about aim and purpose of the ministry of health visit Gunung Mas regency.
The ministry of health answered that the purpose of visiting Gunung Mas is planning, inform about Bulan Eliminasi Kaki Gajah Nasional (National of Elimination Month of elephantiasis) and increase the health of people in Gunung Mas regency.
“Our visiting and team, aim to planning, inform about Bulan Eliminasi Kaki Gajah Nasional (National of Elimination Month of elephantiasis) in Gunung Mas regency. We want every single of people will be more prosperous and increase the health, also free of dangerous disease,” said ministry of health.
Besides ministry of health, another minister also visited Gunung Mas regency,; the Coordinating Minister for human development and culture (Menko PMK), Puan Maharani. But, menko PMK cancelled visiting Gunung Mas and only represent of Menko PMK visit Gunung Mas.
