Following the election of Prabowo Subianto and Gibran Rakabuming Raka as President and Vice President in the 2024 Presidential Election, public enthusiasm for the new government has increased. Various elements of society, from communities, community organizations, to educational institutions, have expressed their support for realizing a more advanced and prosperous Indonesia. This support shows a strong belief that the Prabowo-Gibran government is capable of bringing positive change to the nation and overcoming various challenges in the future. With the synergy between the government and the community, it is hoped that the vision of Indonesia Emas 2045 can be achieved.
This support is a positive indication for the smooth transition of government as well as the success of the strategic programs that will be carried out by the Prabowo-Gibran pair during their leadership. The Chinese Marga Social Association stated that they are ready to work together and make real contributions to the upcoming government.
This support is not only symbolic, but also shows the high hopes of the community that the policies taken by Prabowo and Gibran will be able to accommodate the needs of all levels of society, including the Chinese community.
The long history of the relationship between the Chinese community and the Indonesian nation shows that their role in the economy, culture, and society is very significant, so their support for the new government is expected to encourage the creation of inclusive policies.
This was conveyed by the General Chairperson of the Indonesian Chinese Social Association (PSMTI), Wilianto Tanta, at the 20th PSMTI National Working Meeting. His party will continue to carry out various national programs and activities to improve the welfare and quality of life of the Indonesian people and is ready to support Indonesia Emas 2045 in the fields of Food Security, Nutritious Food, and Stunting.
Therefore, he invited all administrators, members and cadres of PSMTI to work hard to realize the organization’s ideals in supporting government programs. Wilianto also appealed to all members to strengthen solidarity with the entire community. The goal is to ensure that PSMTI can make a positive contribution to society.
Positive support was also given by the Chairperson of the Indonesian Morning Sun (MPI) Advisory Board, Ahmad Muzani. He said that MPI is currently tasked with assisting the government of President-elect Prabowo Subianto and Vice President-elect Gibran Rakabuming Raka who will soon be inaugurated.
MPI has now transformed into a community organization, from previously being a volunteer group to have unlimited and timeless devotion to the nation and state. Ahmad also invited all other Prabowo-Gibran volunteers who are members of any group to jointly support the Prabowo-Gibran government.
According to him, Prabowo and Gibran still need great support from all parties in Indonesia, the Indonesian people, especially from all volunteers who fought during the last election like MPI.
The existence of mass organizations and volunteers, he continued, is the strength of the Prabowo-Gibran government, especially to provide input so that the direction and goals of Prabowo-Gibran’s struggle in running the upcoming government are not far from the hopes of the people.
From the world of education, Teuku Umar University (UTU) is one of the state universities in Indonesia that has expressed its readiness to support the new government of Prabowo Subianto and Gibran Rakabuming Raka in the continuation of development in Indonesia, especially the continuation of the National Strategic Project (PSN) in Aceh.
UTU Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Ishak Hasan, M.Si said he was ready to contribute progressive ideas to the nation and state, under the leadership of Prabowo Subianto and Gibran Rakabuming Raka. UTU is committed to advancing the nation and state through the formation of quality campus graduates who are globally competitive in order to welcome the vision of Golden Indonesia 2045.
Ishak also invited the parties competing in the 2024 election to maintain the unity and integrity of the nation. For the Indonesian people who were fragmented according to their political choices during the February 2024 Election, now after the Constitutional Court’s decision we are re-establishing unity and integrity for the progress of the nation and state amidst increasingly complex global challenges.
The support from a number of community groups regarding support for the Prabowo-Gibran government reflects the public’s trust in the Prabowo-Gibran pair to continue various ongoing infrastructure, social, and economic projects, while adding new programs that are adjusted to their vision and mission. Synergy between the government and various elements of society is considered to be an important key in realizing a more advanced and prosperous Indonesia.
Support from various other community groups for the Prabowo-Gibran government shows that there is high optimism for the future of Indonesia under the new leadership. Hope for inclusive policies, equitable economic growth, and national stability are the main focuses. With synergy between the government and the community, it is hoped that the programs carried out by Prabowo-Gibran will be able to bring Indonesia to more significant progress in various fields.
