With this decisive action from the security forces, namely acting very quickly and responsively, including not being afraid to carry out raids and occupying OPM headquarters, this reduced their power and ensured peace returned to society.

In total, 1,321 people or around 17.35 percent were students who graduated from Affirmative Secondary Education (ADEM) from Papua.

Task Force Commander, Lieutenant Colonel Infantry (Lt. Col. Inf) Andhika Ganessakti said that his troops had succeeded in taking control of the OPM headquarters.
