Meanwhile, at the Jakarta Aspiration House, the phrase ‘ready for the president’ was a source of jokes at the convention and thanksgiving for the victory of Joko – Widodo – Ma’ruf Amin. The phrase was heard when someone entered the Aspiration House area.
The guards asked permission to check bags to volunteers and sympathizers who would enter. But when asking for permission the guards revealed the words ‘ready for the president’.
“The President’s permission, may be checked first,” said a guard who is a volunteer from Jokowi – Maufuf at the Aspiration House.
The joking expression was repeatedly made by the guard wearing a white shirt to every visitor who entered. It also suddenly made some visitors giggle while laughing when handed their bags for inspection. After checking, the guard again revealed a similar joke.
“Ready for the president,” said the guards.
“Thank you president,” replied the visitors.
It was alleged that ‘ready for president’ was made by retired officers when congratulating Prabowo Subianto. The retired men marched and took turns exchanging congratulations to Prabowo with the President’s remarks. Prabowo also accepted the remark like a President who received respect.
On another occasion, the volunteers of Jokowi’s supporters – Ma’ruf Amin who are members of the Jokowi Volunteer Alliance (ARJ) held a thanksgiving for the victory of presidential candidate Jokowi-Ma’ruf’s victory over Prabowo Sandiaga in the 2019 Presidential Election.
Not only that, the celebration was also celebrated by supporting orphans. Even ARJ targets to support as many as one million orphans until Jokowi – Ma’ruf is appointed.
“We will give compensation for some time until later the Jokowi couple – Ma’ruf Amin is officially inaugurated,” said ARJ Aidil Fitri’s coordinator in Jakarta.

The person in charge of ARJ Haidar Alwi also said that the thanksgiving event and giving compensation will be carried out in various regions.
“ARJ friends in West Java, Central Java, Sumatra,
Sulawesi and others will do the same. The process towards this victory is inseparable from the hard work and struggle of all elements of Jokowi’s supporters, including both political party officials and volunteers.
Thanksgiving for Jokowi’s victory was also enlivened by millennials, where the volunteers of the Jokowi Millennial National Military Campaign Team – Ma’ruf Amin, KitaSatu held a celebration of SCBD South Jakarta.
The thanksgiving was attended by hundreds of millennials wearing white clothes. The event was also attended by the Chairperson of TKN Erick Thohir and also the Chairperson of the Millennial Directorate of TKN Bahlil Lahadalia at 14.00 WIB.
“This is a tribute from TKN to millennial generation friends especially those who support Mr. Jokowi. Because this is a thanksgiving name, meaning it celebrates the results of our hard work for more or less 8 months, ”said the head of the thanksgiving organizer, Denny Giovanno.
He also mentioned that a number of survey institutions had published the quick count results that Jokowi – Ma’ruf had succeeded in winning over Prabowo – Sandiaga. So that his party felt that the celebration should have been held.
“We believe that the majority of the people feel the development carried out by Mr. Jokowi. So that this victory becomes a reasonable victory – it is natural to be grateful, “he said.
